Worst place with customers service. They make customers take a ticket outside but definitely not the way they work, someone walked in without a ticket and they took care right away. I went inside to ask they didn’t even knew how to explain. Racist? Privileges? What’s wrong here? DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
I really recommand Nalani. I had my haircut with her. Never had a haircut that beautiful from the start. In general, from other barbers in my home town, I didnt like my fresh cut until a week, but what she did was perfect. I am impressed. I forgot to tell her. And she is very calm and professionnal.
Nice shop, friendly ladies working here when I went in. I like the haircut I got, she listened and cut it exactly as I wanted. Decent price and she spent the time to cut it right rather than try to get the next customer into the chair. I would recommend Kona Barber Shop and will go here the next time I need a haircut on the island.
Never had a bad experience from the place untill now my hair cut wasn't even cloose to what i asked for and every time i tryed to suggest something she corrected me
Good haircut, had a bit of a wait but it was organized.
I asked the woman who cut my hair for a high fade, and she gave me a noticeably uneven and poorly blended cut. I respectfully asked if she could even it out and she acted like I was out of my mind until another customer confirmed the cut was uneven.
I asked for the front to be lined up, and when i got to my car noticed that even that was done sloppily so I went back in and showed her, asking for her to correct it. Despite having tipped her 25% on a sloppy haircut, she copped an attitude and asked where I usually go.
Will NEVER give my money to this business again and embarrassed by a cut thats supposed to give me confidence.
Respected their first-come first-served policy and Put my name down, Jesse said there is two people ahead me and I would wait for 45 minutes. Two people got a haircut and exactly 45 minutes went by , then Jesse took an apparent regular with complete disregard for my time and presence. I decided to confront him and that’s when he began to stutter and desperately tried to show me a name on the list that may or may not have been the customer. Jesse, get your numbers and time right next time and don’t think everyone looks at time the same way you do! I will NOT be giving any business to this place and I hope this serves as a lesson for customer service!
My husband is very pleased with his haircuts. He has been there only 2 times. His stylist listened to what he wanted and she did exactly that. It looks great. The price is reasonable as well. Ask for Tatiana. She does a very nice job. Actually, they all do a good job. Try it!
