Strengths:
1. Quality service and results: Several customers praised the salon for providing amazing results and fabulous-looking nails. This indicates that Vo's Nails & Tailoring has skilled technicians who can deliver a high standard of work.
2. Reasonable prices: One customer mentioned that the salon does not charge exorbitant prices. This can be a significant strength as it attracts price-sensitive customers who are looking for good value for their money.
3. Friendly staff: Multiple comments expressed appreciation for the friendly and welcoming staff at Vo's Nails & Tailoring. This creates a positive atmosphere and makes customers feel important.
4. Accommodating walk-ins: Customers highlighted the salon's willingness to accept walk-ins and provide the same level of quality service. This flexibility can attract spontaneous customers who may not have scheduled appointments in advance.
5. Long-time customer loyalty: A customer mentioned that they have been visiting Vo's Nails & Tailoring since 1998, which implies that the salon has managed to retain customers over a long period of time. This loyalty suggests a positive reputation and consistent service.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistency in service quality: Some comments raised concerns about the inconsistency in service quality. One customer mentioned that their cuticles bled and their nails ended up looking horrible after a manicure. Another customer experienced multiple delays and a prolonged appointment time. These incidents indicate a lack of consistency in the skills and efficiency of the technicians.
2. Lack of attention to customer requests: One comment mentioned that the technician did not fulfill the customer's request for a specific nail design. Additionally, another customer complained that their nails were not done the way they asked for. These instances indicate a lack of attentiveness or communication issues within the salon.
3. Unprofessional behavior: A negative review mentioned unprofessional behavior, such as a technician leaving a customer's unfinished nails to attend to someone else. Additionally, rough treatment during the service resulted in scabbing on the customer's fingers. These incidents reflect poorly on the professionalism and care provided by the salon.
4. Declining service quality over time: A long-term customer expressed disappointment with the declining service quality at Vo's Nails & Tailoring, noting that they experienced physical harm and smudged nail polish after a recent visit. This suggests a potential deterioration in the salon's performance and customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, Vo's Nails & Tailoring has strengths in delivering quality service, having reasonable prices, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. However, the salon faces weaknesses in terms of inconsistency in service quality, lack of attention to customer requests, unprofessional behavior, and a potential decline in service quality over time. Addressing these weaknesses can help the salon improve its overall customer experience and enhance its reputation.

Was ify to actually go, but so glad we did! They did and amazing job on our nails and toes. Definitely would recommend. Thank you for squeezing us in and doing a fantastic job!
I went in to get my nails done I wanted a basic light pink gel on my natural nails (which I did get) but the older man that did my manicure was very fast and rough to the point my cuticles bled and they still look horrible! There is a gap between my cuticle bed and the polish that makes it look like it’s an old manicure. He was very nice just unfortunately not very good.
I am in town because I am getting married and I'm having my wedding at a family members home in the country and I needed to get my nails redone so I called and scheduled an appointment for 530 for an acrylic fill and a polish change on my toes. I arrived at 530 along with a walk in . They took the walk in first then had me wait about 15 minutes for a nail tech . He started my nails and got to put the acrylic on then I was made to wait again for another nail tech. The guy who started my nails then started on another appointments nails. After waiting another 30 minutes I was told to sit at another station where I was getting my nails filed and when I brought it to their attention that one of my nails were lifting and needed to be repaired I was again told to change stations. Where they were finally done. So an having an appointment and something that should have only taken 30 to 45 minutes ended up taking 2 hours. And didn't even get my toes repainted and my nails didn't get done the way I asked for.
Nails look fabulous!! They always do a great job.
I won't get my nails done anywhere else. I absolutely love the staff and the way they make you feel important. And they don't charge great prices
.
hated this place theyre so unprofessional guy didnt even finish my nails and went to a different person so i just paid for what i had and walked out and he was so rough to the point i have scabs on my fingers from where he was filing my nails. no wonder only old people go here to get their toes done
I'm sold on their quality of service and their willingness to accept walk-ins with same level of quality as repeat customers!
Second trip (10/1/2022) just hoping our tech had had a bad day last visit….I came home cut and bleeding this time. I paid the lady a $20.00 tip as I had used a certificate. I ask twice for Cuc to draw me a design, the lady forgot and then just drew lines on my big toes and charged me $5.00. The nail polish smeared 10 minutes after leaving the store. I have been coming here since 1998. It’s such a shame the service has gotten so bad to physically hurt the customers and in the wallet.
We are usually very pleased with our pedicures but this last time, my mom was given a new employee that just massage her legs. ( which she did enjoy) but When she questioned was anyone going to work on her calluses, his wife came & took over. She acted like it made her mad. She cut my mother’s toe really bad and muttered a “sorry”. Her toe bled for two days after the “callus” treatment.
That’s a lot of money to walk out bleeding…
