Dynasty nails has honestly fallen far
from grace. Soon as I walk in, I'm
given an attitude. Some random lady
pointed at me when I walked through
the front door of their business and
called me "disrespectful." (For walking
through the front door???). And then
she tried to antagonize me after I
confronted her for her crazy attitude.
She made me cry cause 5 minutes later, a group of young preppy college
kids walked in and she greeted them
kindly. Probably assuming they come
from money or something which is
rude because they probably assumed I
was broke cause I was wearing
sweats. They were nasty to my bf
while he waited for me and stared at
him like he was a problem for going to
the bathroom (like we're not paying
customers). After the appointment, my
nail polish started to instantly come
off the next day. Worse, they were
sneezing and coughing everywhere.
And popping Tylenol like it was
nothing. Pretty sure they had Covid I ended up positive for Covid a few
days later. I just want a refund.

kind and caring respectable business.

I had a great experience with Serena! She did exactly what I wanted. Love the shape and length and helped me pick the perfect color. She makes sure each nail is perfect and is great to talk to! Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!
I wil never go back to thus salon. I went as a walk in. I asked for the dipped powder for m NATURAL nails. I don't wear tips. A man came and started doing my nails. He did not know what he was doing. My nails were not turning out as they should. After sitting for an hour of him trying to provide a service he clearly didn't know what to do I told him to take the mess off my nails and just do regular polish. A woman next to him suggested gel nail polish because it will last longer. I went with her suggestion. M nails looked horrible even with him just doing regular gel nail polish. They charged me $21 after messing up my nails and wasting my time. Two days later the polish began to chip and 2 of my NATURAL nails broke. Now I have to cut all my nails down and begin growing them out all over again. I would not suggest this place to anyone. I don't know how they're still open.
Giving 4 stars only because I wanted a full set gel ombre and they only offer it with acrylic. My nail tech name is Gold and he was awesome. I brought a pic of what I wanted and he did it amazing. Quick, right under an hour, full set. Got that, ombre with designs, and my eyebrows waxed for $64 on a Sunday. Not bad. I will be back! Going to try and add a pic.
I’ve given this place too many chances. Every time I go, I am unhappy, I end up feeling like a burden, and feeling like I was mistreated and not taken care of correctly in the process. The staff is so rude, they lack empathy, and just basic people skills. This last time I went in I was really hoping to relax and have some quality mother-daughter bonding with my kid… everything felt like it was too much for the staff to handle and the volume of clients was actually surprisingly low this day. I walked in and said I wanted both our nails done, pedi’s for both of us, and eyebrow wax just for me. They didn’t even sit us together which defeated the purpose of the mother-daughter bonding experience even though all the seats were open. They “forgot” about my daughters pedicure and jumped right to painting her toe nails. I tried to tell them before they got too far in painting her toes (they were about 2 toes in on the first foot) the lady ignored me until I insisted “hello!?! My daughters pedicure?” And then she responded with, “oh well, he already started painting her toes.” So I had to settle for that. She finished my nails, after needing extensive coaching on how to place some autumn nail art, and I told her right off the bat, “I will still like a pedicure” at which she seemed displeased, which I don’t understand why if I’m paying full price for the services that they offer. The only reason I continued to go there is because Mum is so good at doing eyebrows, usually, but when I requested her for my eyebrows I got an attitude and she did do my eyebrows only to find that she rushed through them and I had to come home and touch them up, it wasn’t just a hair or 2 either. Then you want to hand me a bill for $164 when you didn’t even do everything I had asked for and treated us poorly the whole time. With that being said, this will be my last visit with Dynasty Nails - the quality of their work is not even worth the treatment I’ve received on numerous occasions and I’m finally ready to go somewhere new where the experience of being pampered feels exactly how it should. ✌????
Worst experience ever I spent $160.00 two new sets me and my daughter then two pedicures.
The guy never sanded down my daughters nails looked horrible had to get them redone by Anna which she did great.
Then had made a return appointment kinda skeptical but made with Anna to find they call me to cancel which is fine but when I tried to reschedule she either wasn’t working or unavailable the manager jimmy hung up on me and gave me no options to help work around my schedule.
They were rude and be careful if making ur nail salon!
went to get a pedi and nails. The man there that bleached his hair blond was hurting my finger bending and twisting them. I asked him to be gentle he threw his hands up in the air and angrily told me to come back later. I got up to leave and come back later, he locked me in the building. I was scared for my safety.. I called 911, he walked away, I unlocked the door to get out. He chased me tackled me assaulted me trying to drag me back in the building. I was terrified, screaming for help. He then lied about assaulting me. My word against his.
Serene does a wonderful manicure. Cost is a bit higher than I previously paid elsewhere but the care she takes and the designs she paints are appreciated
