Quick Facts About Happy Nails & Spa

Happy Nails & Spa, a popular salon, has both strengths and weaknesses according to the comments provided. It is important to consider these factors when assessing the overall quality and customer satisfaction of the establishment.
One strength highlighted by the comments is the convenience of the salon's location. Being conveniently located can be a significant advantage, as it allows for easier accessibility for customers. Additionally, the positive mentions of specific staff members, such as Tammy, Anna, and Loann, indicate that the salon has skilled and competent employees who provide satisfactory service to their customers.
Customer loyalty is evident in some comments, with individuals stating that they have been visiting Happy Nails & Spa for many years. This demonstrates that the salon can build long-term relationships with their clientele, indicating a level of trust and satisfaction in their services.
On the other hand, several weaknesses are mentioned by dissatisfied customers. One recurring issue is the unresponsiveness of the salon when it comes to answering phone calls for appointments. This can be frustrating for customers who are trying to make bookings and may lead them to seek alternatives.
Another concern raised is the quality of the nail polish. Customers have noticed that the polish is old and watered down, limiting the options available to them. This lack of variety and quality can be a significant drawback, as customers may look for other salons that offer a wider selection of nail polish colors and brands.
Furthermore, there are complaints about the attitude and behavior of some staff members. Multiple comments mention feeling annoyed or rudely treated by employees. This negative customer service experience can significantly impact a customer's satisfaction and their decision to return to the salon.
Issues related to the provision of specific services are also mentioned. For example, there are complaints about the lack of willingness to accommodate simple requests, such as changing toe polish without getting a full pedicure. Additionally, a customer highlights the subpar quality of a pedicure, stating that their feet were not smoothed properly and the polish was not satisfactory.
Another significant weakness mentioned is the high pricing of the salon. Customers feel that they are being overcharged for basic services that would be more affordable elsewhere. The cost-to-value ratio is seen as unfavorable, making customers feel like they are not receiving adequate service for the price they are paying.
In conclusion, Happy Nails & Spa has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. While the convenience of its location and the positive experiences with specific staff members are positive attributes, the issues of unresponsiveness, poor nail polish quality, subpar customer service, and high pricing are significant drawbacks. It is crucial for the salon to address these concerns to improve customer satisfaction, retain loyal customers, and attract new ones.

Best TL Reviews

Have enjoyed going here for years. However, lately no one answers the phone for appointments. And most the polish is old and watered down. I’ve asked for more and newer options for a while now and they don’t seem to care.
I even suggested bringing my own and receiving a discount. Because of a lack of product on their end. Simple request as red or green during the holidays are not available unless it’s old and mixed with nail polish remover to stretch it.
It’s convenient for location but I’ve been trying different salons for a better experience and polish that doesn’t chip.
They acted annoyed when I requested toe polish change only, repeatedly asking me if I wanted a pedicure. I asked her to trim the nails as short as possible & I wanted them round & not square. I had to ask twice to cut them shorter & to shape them round & not square. She didn’t put the toe separators on or put my sandals back on. I waited 20 minutes to be sure they were fully dry. On my way out I noticed one toe had smudged but couldn’t return due to another appointment. I returned later this afternoon & a different person waited on me. She was annoyed that I couldn’t find the color, she reprimanded me for not being careful & messing the polish. She told me I had to wait at least 30 minutes to dry one toe. I was shocked at her rudeness. I’ve been to many, many nail salons over the years & have never been treated so rudely. I will not return there for anything.
I don't know why I waited 66 years to have my first pedicure, but I am glad I have had one now! Had the deluxe job, what a fantastic experience!
I've been coming to this place for over 5 years! My favorite is Tammy. She's really good with feet! I've had rough ones at other places.
Anna's great with providing Dips for my nails.
Loann is really good with my 80 year old Mom!
Thanks Happy Nails!!
This place is way over priced and the service was the worst. They tried to pressure me to upgrade just to get the basics you get at any other nail salon. Refused to smooth my feet unless I paid an additional $15. Because I questioned their ethics I got the worst pedicure. Basically paid $45 to soak my feet in water and get a polish change. So called massage barely used lotion and lasted a minute. Then used a regular nail file to file the sides of my toes. Had to go somewhere else after to have my feet smoothed and Polish fixed because it was flat looking polish with a color that didn’t look like what I picked out. I would give them no stars if I could. Horrible place and horrible people.
first and last time here. came here with my mom who got a pedicure and i got acrylics. my acrylics were awful. uneven and too short even after asking me what length i wanted. she didn’t put nail polish on the sides of my nails, and made me bleed on my thumbs with the drill. will NEVER come here again, super disappointed seeing all the good reviews.
Nice atmosphere, but way overpriced. For the amount I paid for a toenail polish change, I could have received a full pedicure at other salons. On top of that, my nails needed another coat of polish, because I can see streaks on my nails.
I went for a mani/pedi. Started off ok, but when finished with my fingernails ( dip) 2 of my nails were not smooth, looked like they had waves, if that makes sense.
