Quick Facts About Nail Tech

Nail Tech place has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the business, these comments can be categorized and evaluated.
Strengths:
1. Friendly and attentive staff: Multiple customers mentioned the staff at Nail Tech place being friendly, sweet, and nice. The positive customer service experience can be considered a strength of the business.
2. Attention to detail: Some customers appreciated the staff's attention to detail, such as cleaning the little acrylic pieces that stick to the underside of the nail. This shows that the nail technicians take the time to ensure the nails are neat and perfect, which is a strength in terms of quality.
3. Cleanliness: Several comments mentioned the cleanliness of the establishment. Cleanliness is an important factor in a nail salon, and the positive comments suggest that Nail Tech place maintains a clean environment.
4. Quick service: A few customers applauded the efficiency of Nail Tech place, despite having multiple staff members. They were able to get clients in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Fast service can be seen as a strength, especially for those looking for a quick appointment.
5. Creative and unique designs: One customer mentioned that Nail Tech place has creative ideas and offers unique designs, like a beautiful matte finish with accents. This suggests that the salon is able to provide innovative and fashionable nail designs.
Weaknesses:
1. Poor quality and durability: One customer expressed disappointment in the quality of the nails, stating that they popped off within a few days despite requesting more glue. This suggests that Nail Tech place may have issues with durability or using the right products to ensure long-lasting results.
2. Inconsistent service: A negative comment highlighted a poor pedicure experience, including unprofessional behavior, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate trimming and filing. Inconsistency in the quality of service provided to customers is a weakness that needs to be addressed.
3. Lack of options and customization: One customer mentioned not being able to specify the type of pedicure they wanted, which resulted in not receiving a sugar scrub. This suggests that Nail Tech place may have limited options for customers or fails to communicate effectively about available services.
4. Pricing: A comment mentioned being charged despite dissatisfaction with the service. The customer felt the discount offered was insufficient. This suggests a weakness in the pricing and customer satisfaction aspect of the business.
Overall, Nail Tech place can be commended for its friendly staff, attention to detail, cleanliness, and quick service. However, it needs to address weaknesses such as quality and durability, inconsistent service, limited options, and pricing. By improving these areas, Nail Tech place can enhance its reputation and attract more loyal customers.

I will definitely be going back! The lady was super sweet and even cleaned the little acrylic pieces that stick to the underside of the nail, I’ve never had anybody do that before, and I love my nails!!
first time here, it was clean and even though they had three staff members there, they still did a great job getting clients in and out. i only got a pedicure, but it was a nice pedicure. the man who did my pedicure was gentle and nice. the one who painted my toes, i loved how she made sure they neat and perfect. shoutout to her! i
Beautiful nails but horrible quality. I told them I needed more glue or they would come off. 3 popped off in 4 days I'm not paying to get those redone there, I can get another set for that price!! They did a great job on the aesthetics but I've done nothing but sleep and drive and these nails are popping off left and right. I've had over the counter nails stay on better. For over $100 between my nails and basic Pedi you'd think they'd stay on a week
If it was possible to give negative stars, I would.
1. My 20min wait was more like 45.
2. The guy that did my pedicure reeked of cigarettes so bad, it was sickening. And he was definitely lighting up in the bathroom instead of outside because I nearly choked on the smell of smoke when I went to the back.
3. Worst Pedicure of my Life!
4. He didn't clean under my toenails. He didn't trim all the skin around the sides of my nails - but don't worry, where he did bother to trim, he went all the way to the flesh! The filing was literally a 1-2-3 across each nail - if you like the jagged look, this place is for you!
5. The "massage" was merely rubbing in the lotion.
6. I didn't even get to specify the type of pedicure I wanted. So no sugar scrub for me.
7. Apparently they don't believe in base coat. Or cleaning up the polish on your toes. He got the little brush like he was going to clean up my toes... yeah, that didn't happen. And the convenient thing? He didn't clean up the paint where he'd nicked me. He knew he did it!
8. So I go to check out and Lee requests to see my toes (even though I showed her the pictures I'd taken before putting my shoes on). She says they're smooth... nope. She says they have to trim the sides (my skin) to clean them up - yes, but you don't have to nick me. And I point out the paint. She offers to fix it.
At this point, I've been here too long and I have plans so I didn't have time. But quite frankly, fixing the paint doesn't fix the nicks in my toes. Or the substandard service overall.
And guess what? She has the audacity to still charge me. But you know...in the interest of fairness, with a $5 discount...are you kidding me? What, a dollar for each nick in my toes? If I'd subtracted every substandard aspect of this experience, THEY would've paid ME!
The only way I'd ever go back to this place would be to warn people before they walk in the door.
Seriously. Don't do it.
Or at least avoid the smoke-smelling dude that obviously can't focus on anything other than his next cigarette break.
Best walk in nail experience I've had in the springs. She knew exactly what I wanted, everything was clean, and attention to detail was great. I'm definitely going back to see if they can do other styles like I want also price seemed reasonable at 55 for a full gel set but I don't get gel often so idk
I love this place. The staff is friendly and does all they can to make sure I get a quality set of nails. They always have the most creative ideas and my nails last much longer than I typically anticipate! The latest was a beautiful matte finish with accents. So pretty and unique.
I had an amazing experience here! Tina was absolutely fantastic! She really took her time and they turned out perfect!
Everyone was nice, place was very clean as well. My nail tech lady was awesome and got my nails done nicely and in a very short time, I was impressed. I love my nails!
