I received services on Thursday 4/15/21 and these are my nails today 4/22/21. I received a pedicure and manicure with both gel nail polish. When I walked in a young lady was about to start on me, when another customer came in and requested her to do her services. She jumped up and told someone else to start on me while she took care of another customer. That was the first turn off, when this was my first visit.

I live 5 hours away and I am tempted to return every 2-3 weeks just to have Lida do my nails! I was due for my dip and decided to get a pedicure while I was there and I am so happy with everything. I never write reviews but loved the services I received here! Thank you

I was there on Saturday July 9th 2022 and I noticed my polish on my toe had chipped off on Tuesday July 12th 2022 which was 3 days later. I returned to the shop on Wednesday July 13th. I explained to the woman that I was there on Saturday and my polish had chipped on my toe. She laughed and stated "ok its a long wait you will wait until we close its two people in front of you" I replied "ok that's fine" I waited for a hour just to get one toe polished. Going forward if you have a customer with this issue please see them 1st it isn't gonna take more than 5 minutes to polish one toe. It's already an inconvenience that my polish chipped and I had to come and get it fixed. And I didn't understand why it was funny to the lady because if I had the polish at home I would have painted it myself. I need my toes to be polished for two weeks until I return. Thank you,

My mom like fancy nails and she will going back again

I visited Fancy nails on December 9, 2021. I wanted Christmas colors red, gold and green in the dip powder and I wanted coffin shaped nails with tips. I was told that a regular set was $35.00 it would be $10.00 more for the tips and $5.00 more for the coffin shape. The total was $50.00. I thought that was a bit much but I agreed to pay it. I asked again to be sure I was clear on the price.

When my nails were completed. I went to pay. I was about to hand my debit card for payment but paused when I heard the price. I explained that $50.00 was the price I was quoted. I was told by the owner that the price was more because of the length of my nails and also they charge for the different colors. I was appalled. I paid $10.00 extra for the tips and now I am being charged again for the length. I had often used different colors and was never charged extra before.

If you have 10 fingers and each finger is dipped in powder you are using the same amount of product if you use 1 color or 3. I couldn't believe that I was told one price and told something different at checkout. I refuse to be price gouged. I was paying $50.00 for my nails no more no less.i planned to give a 10.00 tip to the nail technician but after this decided not to.

I am so disappointed in Fancy nails, it's ashame that honest people are being taken advantage of. I won't patronize this establishment in the future. Lee Press on nails and stickers on Amazon are looking more and more Favorable.
