Quick Facts About Kadiza Hair Braiding

Strengths:
1. Treats customers like family: One positive aspect mentioned in the comments is that the staff at Kadiza Hair Braiding place treats customers like family. This implies that they create a friendly and warm environment, making customers feel comfortable and valued.
2. Flexibility with children: Another strength mentioned is the flexibility with children. This indicates that the braiders are accommodating and patient when it comes to younger customers, which can be important for parents looking for a hair salon that can handle children's hair needs.
3. Nice and neat results: Customers have commented that their hair always comes out nice and neat after getting braids done at Kadiza Hair Braiding place. This reflects positively on the skill and expertise of the braiders, suggesting they produce high-quality work.
4. Hair provided and washing services: It is mentioned that the salon provides hair for braiding and also offers washing and drying services. This convenience can be a strength for customers who prefer a one-stop-shop solution for their hair care needs.
5. Long-standing customer loyalty: One comment highlights that a customer has been going to Kadiza Hair Braiding place for almost 5 years exclusively. This suggests that the salon has built a strong customer base and has managed to maintain customer loyalty over an extended period.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent with appointments: A weakness mentioned multiple times is the salon's inconsistency when it comes to appointment scheduling. Customers have expressed frustration over not being seen at their scheduled times or being asked to reschedule on short notice. This inconsistency can be inconvenient and unprofessional, potentially leading to a loss of customers.
2. Quality and communication: Some customers have reported issues with the quality of the braids and miscommunication about the desired hairstyle. This indicates a weakness in the overall skill and attention to customers' requests. Cosmetologists should strive to provide the desired outcome for their customers and accurately translate their vision into reality.
3. Unprofessionalism: Several comments focus on the unprofessional behavior of the staff, such as being late, not calling to inform about delays, and talking loudly and disrupting customers' experiences. Unprofessionalism can contribute to a negative customer experience and damage the salon's reputation.
4. Complaint handling and customer service: Some customers expressed disappointment with the salon's response to complaints. This includes inadequate reimbursement for hair purchases and the owner giving a small discount instead of addressing the issues adequately. Failing to handle complaints effectively can harm the salon's reputation and customer trust.
5. Lack of expertise: One customer mentioned that the braider did not have the necessary expertise or skill to perform a specific hairstyle. This suggests a lack of specialization and proficiency in certain hair techniques, which can be a weakness for customers seeking specific styles or techniques.
In summary, Kadiza Hair Braiding place has strengths such as making customers feel like family, flexibility with children, producing nice and neat results, providing hair and washing services, and having long-standing customer loyalty. However, they also face weaknesses including inconsistency with appointments, quality and communication issues, unprofessional behavior, inadequate complaint handling and customer service, and a potential lack of expertise in certain styles. It is crucial for management at Kadiza Hair Braiding place to address these weaknesses to maintain their reputation and attract more customers.

Best TL Reviews

Just know…FIRST COME FIRST SERVE they are not good with appointments but…….I love them so much. They treat you like family and is very flexible with your children. Hair always comes out nice and neat. hair provided and they wash and dry. I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and this is the only place I go to get my braids done.
It was so terrible experience. I asked for small knotless braids she gave me something what did look like the picture I show her, and it was ugly. I will never go back there
I called and made an appointment 3 days prior to today which is Sunday at 12noon to get my daughter's hair braided for her Senior portraits. I arrived on time and the two ladies in the Kadiza's shop said they were busy and I said I made an appoint to get my daughter's hair braided for today at noon. Then they replied " can I come tomorrow" my response was no I have to go to work. I am a new customer I called twice before my scheduled 12 noon appointment today. It was unprofessional to not call and say we are backed up can you reschedule your appointment. No apology for wasting me and my daughters time. No apology for being unorganized and being prepared for my appointment. Poor customer service. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. The only reason I chose this shop is because a work colleague recommended this shop. My advice to you is to find a reliable braiding salon not this one.
Got my hair cornrowed here and the lady braided my hair way to tight. Went back next day to be loosened and she ripped up some of my cornrows causing my hair to fall out. Terrible beware of this place they dont care about our hair and they are to rough. Only want money should have gotten refund.
Quick service, reasonable prices & very clean shop. If you need your hair braided this is the shop to come to. These ladies always have done a great job on my hair. Never had any complaints with the work they do. I have been going to them every 3 months for the last 3 years.
I've been going her for over 30 years I love her service is friendly you get the style you like. The stylist take their time with you
I called 4 days in advance to ask do they do Butterfly locs. They said yes and I had to buy the hair. I called them while I was at the hair store and they told me what kind of hair to bring.
4 days later I'm standing outside for my 9am appointment but no one is in the shop. The lady shoes up 45 minutes late without calling even though I made this appointment 4 days in advance and called the night before to make sure they will be on time..
I called the owner and she gave me 10$ measly dollars off a 200$ hair style. Was there all day . Even though we are in a pandemic there were people who were associate with the stylists in and out all day . Talking all 8 hours loud as I don't know what... couldn't even hear my show in my ear pods.
2 days later my lovs started to unravel. I call they say go around there. I did and they try to say I bought the wrong hair and blame me. If it was the wrong hair why did u put it in my head . You are the supposed professional.
She made excuses after excuses. She burnt the ends of the hair and the hair was getting caught on the burnt ends and thats why they were unraveling.
They gave me half of the cost of the price of the style. I purchased the hair out of my pocket . I was not reimbursed for thY even though it was their fault.
If you dont know how to do a style dont do it. Wasted my time and 260$ of my hard earned money. They scammed me fr. I contacted the BBB.
DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS AND CHEATERS. I WOIKD NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LIARS, LATE, THEIVES AND THEY DIDNT WEAR DEODORANT. YES I HAVE PICTURES.
I ???? the way they do my hair l've been going to them for about 2yrs so if you haven't been to Kadiza's try them out I think you are going to like the way they do hair!!
