I do not recommend this place to anyone. We took our bernedoodle (a very full haired breed of dog) today. We expressed at drop off that we did not want him cut short. They told us that they would have to cut the matted hair off (which we understood) but we still did not want him cut short. When our dog was picked up he was completely shaved. No one was notified that a different outcome may appear or anything. They literally just shaved him for $120 dollars. It is winter time. Cold. And they left him 100 percent naked. I am highly disappointed.

I am from out of town and I called to see if I could get my dog's nails clipped along with the hair knots behind her ears clipped off. They told me to just come on when I could. The ladies there were so awesome with my doggie!! They were so nice and did a great job!! I will definitely go back there again when we are in town.

We always use precious Paws for all of our grooming needs. Service is generally outstanding but twice in 2 weeks I have brought my dog by for a nail trim before 5 and door says closed and locked. So to make sure I pull up Google and it says closing soon. I have to leave work early to get here by 5 only to be disappointed ????. I'm normally not one to say anything but please post if you're closing early so the public knows. I still highly recommend this groomer and I will be back myself.

First of all, my dog is cut on the top of his head and is bleeding. Second of all, they don’t take cards so they told me a price I went and got cash and then said it was more than what they said the first time. Third of all, I told them I wanted my dogs shaved down short even their face and their face is still longer than the rest of their body and one of my dogs beards I had to get them to recut because it wasn’t cut down it was long only on one side and looked awful. Will not be going back.

Always a great hair cut for our dogs. Great price. Friendly staff. Very concerned about customer satisfaction!
