The owner was very nice, he did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place. They don’t rush to get the job done, they take their time. My nails turned out amazing and I am 100% going back her form here on out. He was very gentle, he talked to me the whole time, I really enjoyed my time I spent here. When I went to go pick out the color for my nails, I wasn’t sure that the color looked good but he reinsured me that it did look good. Overall this place is amazing.
I had a wonderful experience today. I was greeted warmly and welcoming. I could have fallen asleep during my pedicure/massage. My nails turned out beautifully. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
I just was in for a pedicure. I witnessed Kevin the owner yelling at a woman because she was unsure of the color she wanted. She remained polite but he flew off the handle so bad that he even told her she could find someone else literally for no reason. So awful. Even though the rudeness wasn’t toward me, what I witnessed was terrible and I will never ever go back.
Kevin always did a good job if you can get past his arrogance rudeness and controlling nature. He had two years of my committed business until I reached my limit. I will not stand for someone yelling at me because I took 3 weeks to get in to see him. I now go to expert nails and love them. Staff is polite and my nails look amazing.
Magic One Nail shop provided me nail services when I went to pay they said they did not take my credit card. He told me to call my boyfriend to come pay for it and was disrespectful and condescending. I told him I didn’t have a boyfriend; I had a credit card. It was American Express. I was not informed no did it say anywhere that they did not accept this. He told me to just go to the bank like his other customers and I told him I didn’t get paid till the next day, that’s why I had a credit card. He said he was calling the police and locked me in the building and assaulted me when I tried to leave the premises over $78. I was able to escape and called the police. I am a disabled American whose rights were violated. The police agreed to not press charges on me for theft (I wasn't given the chance to steal anything before my safety was put in jeopardy) by not charging the shop owner either. He did not speak English and threatened my safety and wellbeing.
I've came here for ten years, Kevin always does an amazing job on my gel acrylic nails & my pedicures. If he is too booked Linda will always doing an amazing pedicure as well! Quality every time!
The man that runs this place is a complete jerk. I’ve seen him argue with customers, myself included. As he’s doing your nails, he’s sure to tell you how good he is. A lion never has to say that it’s a lion. I canceled my appointment because I wasn’t feeling well and went to get a Covid test. He called me to tell me I should be there and I explained that I had sent a message that I would not be able to make it. When he heard my results were negative he wanted to argue about how I could still come in later that day, even though I was still feeling sick. This man treats his customers like they work for him. I had to hang up on him, he’s absurd. I’ll be shopping for a new place.
They are amazing. He noticed the horrible job i had done somewhere else. I had water trapped under my nails. They did a full set and it came out outstanding. Very happy.
