First time at this nail salon and I have to say I LOVE ❤️ my nails, Lee did an amazing job and I will definitely go back to them after years of going to my prior nail shop my nails kept breaking. I found me a new spot,

I was hesitant to go in due to the reviews but decided to anyway because my mom frequents here and her nails are always nice. I had to wait a bit because they were busy, but the wait was worth it. They were polite, and my nail tech did a wonderful job. With busy shops, I'm used to nail techs trying to rush and get you out so they can service the next person. However my nail tech worked in a calm and efficient manner and made sure the no chip that I got was right. So far my nails have not chipped and still looks like I just walked out of the shop. That is hard to say for a lot of places these days. Also 2 customers came in while I was there just to get gift cards. So I'm not sure about the bad reviews, but they are obviously a go to for many.
This is my first time ever writing a negative review about a place, but i got my acrylics done here and one nail popped off 2 days after getting them done and the 4 days later another nail popped off. Within 6 days two nails popped off, which has never happened to me within the 10 years I have been getting my Acrylics done. Typically my nails stay on for a month and I have to remove them myself. I was not doing anything crazy with my hands either. I went in to tell them what happened very politely and they told me I would still have to pay full price, so I left. I will not be coming back here. Place is not very clean as well.
I will never go to this place again. They advertise no-chip polish but it's regular polish and they sit you under the UV light. A waste of time and money and the customer service is ????.
Last minute decided to get a pedicure. Called and came right in and sat down. They were quick and Katy did a great job. Pedicure section is full...it wouldn't be packed if the reviews were true! I'll be back Katy !
Kelly is the best! I have been going to other places to try out in the area and she is hands down -above all! She is very attentive to details and gentle. Appts only w her. Book ahead.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place specially stay away from Kaitie she is extremely rude and disrespectful. Her hob is of poor quality does not listen, does whatever she wants and if you complain she has a horrible attitude and make you feel uncomfortable. There is plenty of nail places lady , you don’t need to treat the customers that way . I’m not going back is expensive, not too clean and she treats you like she is doing you a favor , Very dissatisfied l gave one star but deserves NONE
This picture is a gel overlay one week old ridiculous and when I went back to try and have them fix it they informed me that they cannot be liable for anything past three days r u kidding me so basically their work only last three days less known the week or two weeks it’s supposed too absolutely ridiculous and I will never return lee did these by the way do not recommend
