I just got a mani pedi done here by Jen. She did such an amazing job! She took her time and really paid attention to detail. She did such a clean job on my nails too. I’m definitely coming back! Thank you Q Nails!
Recommended this place and have been coming here for months. Definitely above par with knowledgeable and friendly techs. (Better results on average than other places I've tried in the area.) They do still ask people to wear a mask, at this time, so be sure to have one in case they are requesting it when you visit.
Great service, they work as a team to customize every guest experience. Kevin and Kylie saved my toes. I was having some discomfort and now I’m brand new. Can’t wait to come see them again.
They are open Sundays so that’s even better. They were all very professional, even when some customers came close to closing.
A young woman by the name of JV was very rude and condescending. She kept hurting my cuticle and moving my hands very roughly. As for the nails they are good quality but it isn’t what I asked for. I clearly asked for longer length and she kept saying “no this is good “ and when I compared the nails it wasn’t what I wanted and she just kept going even though I stated I wanted it changed. And for what I asked for I believe it was pricey. But it is the holidays so I wasn’t going to fight that battle. I would’ve come here again. Hopefully someone else has a better experience
This salon is great! They are clearly very educated & do fantastic work! I’ve been visiting this salon for 2 years and have been happy with their work every single time! Because their work is better than the rest, they are in HIGH demand. I highly suggest making an appointment to guarantee your service. What’s great about making an appointment is they honor them on time & don’t make you wait (like many other salons still do).
If you are looking for high quality work from someone who respects your time, look no further! But plan ahead & make an appointment silly!

My visit today was marvelous i really enjoyed the time and effort that Tristina put into my nails. I would Definitely Recommend this Nail Shop and the Customer Service is Great! All the the ladies are wonderful and Jennifer is Marvelous with doing Eyebrows i visit her every 2 weeks and I'm never disappointed.
Love the employees, so welcoming and they did a great job with my no chip manicure! I asked for a dark red and she gave me such a beautiful color ❤️this place is a hidden gem in Elgin!
Edit: I came back again for a removal and another gel manicure, this time I took my mom to have just a regular mani. My mom loved it! The owners were so nice and welcoming to her and they were so precise. You can really tell they take pride in their work. They were very accommodating to me and my mom and it meant a lot to us ???? very happy and of course we will be back again ????????????
