Black cashier are screwing over black people for the koreans cashier just lied to me gave me display hair lher and the korean female were petty they lied and charged me full price for display last hair very petty they take black people money all day and to petty to do something right so they just lost a customer
The Manger Delma is very unprofessional she doesn’t not follow the store policy . They just lolly gag in the store . They don’t care about the customers . Delma should not be a manger at all she allows her associates to give out false information so she not at fault . Instead of revolving my issue she allowed her female associates at the cashier to lie then when I asked Delma could anything be done . “
She told me she never said that the associates did “ then processed not to do anything “ . So I asked for the manager name . Then she began being respectful and trying to be a little bit more professional because she became scared for her job . but it was to late I am very upset about this encounter and how this business is ran its very unacceptable all I needed was an exchange
This is a well stocked store???????? with a bunch of local young women working the store acting like low key security ???? while the oriental owners watch them even closer, lol ????

Went here to purchase very first wig... Consulted with young lady in the wig department... Only consulted about the style of the wigs... Not upkeep, maintenance or quality and further more they do not let you know about their return policy on the hair until after you purchase that they don't return... The store's policy are located on small picture frames in the corners of the store that are not half as noticeable as the sale and price signs. If you want to know where the policies are on the hair you have to go to the back of the store where the wigs are, pass the help desk, in the far right corner almost behind you where the stylist chairs are and up on the shelf where the mirrors are. The policy is if you don't ask they won't tell and if you didn't see it it's not their fault. There's another picture frame policy at the register depending where they move it on the counter, they have different policies on different things so make sure to inquire and get a full understanding before you buy. But they do let customers try on as many wigs as they'd like in store whether they purchase them or not????. Sooo tired of businesses scamming, lying or flat out misrepresenting they're products and policies, stop trying to steal my options????????????. I know I'm only 1 person but they will not get another Dime from me. I do want to make sure I pay it forward and let the next person know. They're Return policy should be posted where every customer can see it... Example (WARNING or EXIT SIGN)!!! Not scattered throughout the corners of the store or in moveable frames.

This is a very nice store for anyone who's looking for hair products, wigs or hair pieces. They were well supplied & the store associates were very helpful & willing to assist with all questions. I would recommend this store, I certainly will shop there again.
