Quick Facts About Lee Nail
Lee Nail place, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. Let us analyze them in detail below.
Strengths:
1. Availability of appointments: One customer mentioned that the gentleman at the first station consistently books appointments well in advance. This indicates that Lee Nail place can accommodate customers' requests and ensure availability for services.
2. Satisfied customers: Several customers expressed their satisfaction with the quality of service provided by certain nail technicians. They praised their attention to detail, ability to communicate in English, and willingness to take their time. Positive feedback indicates that Lee Nail place has employees who can deliver satisfactory results.
3. Good customer service for children: A customer mentioned that the staff at Lee Nail place was patient and sweet when the customer took her son along. This shows that Lee Nail place is inclusive and provides a welcoming atmosphere where parents can feel comfortable bringing their children.
4. Affordable prices: One customer mentioned that a no-chip polish change and nail cut down cost them only $25, which they deemed as reasonable. This suggests that Lee Nail place offers competitive pricing, making their services accessible to a wider range of customers.
Weaknesses:
1. Poor time management and double booking: One customer complained about their appointment being booked close to someone else's appointment, resulting in rushed service. This indicates that Lee Nail place may have issues with time management and organization.
2. Rude and unprofessional staff: Multiple customers expressed their dissatisfaction with the behavior and attitude of certain nail technicians. They mentioned incidents of pulling on hands, talking on the phone for extended periods, arguing with customers' choices, and general rudeness. This suggests that Lee Nail place has some unprofessional employees who fail to provide a positive customer experience.
3. Lack of attention to detail and skill: One customer shared an experience of a male nail technician who did not properly soak their nails or trim cuticles, resulting in a sloppy application of acrylic. Additionally, the technician failed to address the customer's concerns and claimed that clear polish would cover the missed spots. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and potentially inadequate training or skill among certain staff members.
4. Inconsistent quality: Another customer reported a stark difference in the quality of services between different technicians at Lee Nail place. While one visit was pleasant and resulted in amazing nails, their next experience with a different technician left their nails destroyed and weak. Inconsistent quality suggests a lack of standardization and training within the establishment.
5. Eyebrow service concerns: One customer explicitly warned against getting eyebrows done at Lee Nail place, as they had a negative experience where half of their eyebrow was inadvertently removed. This suggests inadequate training or expertise in providing eyebrow-related services.
In conclusion, Lee Nail place has both strengths and weaknesses. While they have good availability for appointments, satisfied customers, and affordable prices, they face challenges related to time management, unprofessional staff, lack of attention to detail and skill, inconsistency in service quality, and concerns regarding eyebrow services. Addressing these weaknesses and focusing on improving customer experience and service quality would be essential for Lee Nail place to enhance their reputation and attract more satisfied customers.

I would go there several times to get my acrylic nails put on I booked an appointment and apparently the gentleman that has the first station to the right he always makes all the appointments well he booked me close to someone elses appointment when I get my nails done I do not appreciate hearing the nail lady say hurry up I have other customers I did not appreciate that at all and I usually give her a $10 tip well not No more I found a different place where they appreciate their customers and takes good care of them !! I have included pictures of my nails and two days later a couple fell off and then about a day later more came off so basically I paid almost $60 for acrylic nails that did not even stay on I’m sorry but I’m not made of money and I don’t appreciate someone taking advantage of me if you’re going to pay that amount of money to get your nails done they should stay on longer than a week !! I’ve included pictures so you can see what $60 buys !!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The last 2 times I was there, I saw Cathy, who was very good and took her time. Her English is good, which makes it easier to explain what I want that I am paying for. A few days ago I went in and asked for Cathy. She was busy and even tho I said I'd wait, I was coerced into letting the guy in the front, I think his name was Thomas fill my nails. He was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a professional setting. Kept pulling on my hands, making me tense up, then pulling on my hands and yelling at me to relax. He was sniffling and coughing (w/o covering his mouth-which is gross, regardless of the Plexiglass) THEN there was a phone call. Out of the 8 people that were in the salon "working" my tech was the only one who spoke good enough English that he had to talk to them. This call lasted over 30 minutes, to the point where I asked if he just wanted me to talk to them. He argued with me over what I wanted and questioned why when I insisted on my choice (which I didn't get btw) telling me the other way looks better! The rudeness, lack of professionalism, price-gouging, inability to speak English, talking and laughing about customers, cleanliness (or lack thereof) the list goes on............I won't ever be back, nor would I recommend this place. If I can do zero stars I would. I needed to get my feet done. Informed them that I need to replace my two big toenails because I have an acrylic overlay on it so I wanted it filed down and redone. The guy takes off my polish looks at my nail says it’s fine and proceeds to put more overlay on it and I’m trying to explain to him he needs to come all the way off. he tells me it’s fine tries to file down what he just put on there just for the whole nail to come off for him to say oh now it needs to be replaced and was going to leave my other big toenail the same way told him no I need him to replace both he does not try to continue finishing my feet informed him I’m done I will go elsewhere I hate when I tell you to do something because I’m paying for service and you’re looking at me like it’s an impossible task when everywhere I’ve been to they can remove it and re-put it back on for a brand new fresh set.

PS. TOES ALL WHITE HAUNTYYYYY ????????✨
I do not care for the male nail tech. When he was doing my nails I requested white. We decided on acrylic. He did not soak my nails or trim my cuticles to begin, at all, and was doing a sloppy job at the application. I asked him a few times to fill in spots. He said the clear coat has to go on top and will cover it. Clear will not cover missing color? At one point he told me to stop looking. I left them on for three weeks and went to have them taken off. He did a sloppy job with that as well. I still have a decent amount of acrylic on my nails after filing and soaking. He does not do quality work or take the time to do it nicely. I will be requesting only the female techs now as they do a much nicer job.
They took off half my eyebrow. My confidence is shot. I’m so upset. Don’t go here for eyebrows. Nails are fine I’m sure but this is not an eyebrow place…
She did a great job (Lady at the very front right when you walk in, Lyly). I am very happy! I was a walk in @3:00, didn't wait long at all even though they were busy. Would Recommend. Only $25 for no chip polish change and cut down nails so they were even. * plus tip.
After moving to the area and having a great experience at the previous salon, I went to this place for 2 months. I always went early and they had plenty of techs available. The first time I went in the guy removed my old nails and gave me a new set. They looked chunky and awful. I took another risk going back and the second time I went in I had a much more pleasant experience. The tech was really nice and she made my nails look amazing. The next time that I went back in I got the same guy as the first time, and my nails were destroyed. I had to soak them off because I wasn't going back. They had nearly filed through my nails. They were super thin and weak like paper. I won't be returning.
