In response to the reply... Yes Rosa was the one who did my eyebrows and she did an exceptional job! The last 2 times I've come she has not been there and you and your staff never told me she was no longer working there! I had my brows done by others and my brows have been ruined! I will not return! Which is why I am now changing my review stars!
I don’t know where to begin, my brows were done by Laxmi, one of the nicest person I met in this business, she is very beautiful person inside out and diligent, I had to go three times bcus not due to her work but me being very careful choosing only what I like and she was very patient with me, and never complained and did my brows with a smile - I definitely recommend everyone to her, if your not happy, Laxmi is definitely not with herself, she has always been on time for all my appointments!! she is a perfection!

First time customer, found online and went off the reviews and am very happy with the service and attention to detail. I have been letting my brows grow for 2 months so they were in need of some major cleaning. Prithi helped with ensuring they were cleaned very evenly with threading, and then lamination.
