This was my first time here I wanted a lot of color with a design, they charged a great price!! I had John and he did not disappoint. I never loved my nails as much as I do now … He listened to exactly what I wanted! Took his time to make them look oh so pretty. I always feel rushed at a salon this one is not like that. Wonderful atmosphere fun backround music. I was so relaxed for once. Nails came out sensational.
This was my last time coming here. The no chip was terrible. My nail tech missed multiple steps normally included in a manicure and then painted all over my cuticles and applied a lumpy clear gel coat with bubbles. The images are are after I tried cleaning it up and peeled the gel polish off my skin. Every time I’ve come here my no chip has been $35 and it was $45 my most recent time (for just a basic gel no chip). I also had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes. I decided to go else where and have it re-done.
Absolutely garbage. Not my regular salon, but close to my house so I thought I’d try it. Didn’t clean up the no chip polish. Crooked, and no lotion or towel massage after no chip manicure. I was shocked, already asked to fix some nails when I was there and couldn’t spend any longer there. Unbelievable, NEVER going back.
I had the amazing Michael do my nails and I’m never disappointed in this place! I had a bad set from a previous place and they completely made my new ones a MILLION times better :) in love with my new nails!!!

I really enjoyed this salon, I was sad when my favorite nail tech left but still decided to continue going there. One day I called ahead and asked the lady that answered how much it was to get a fill and she said it was $35, I booked an appointment. I came in, did my fill with nude and black french tips and went to pay. I gave them my card, tipped in cash (they dont allow credit tips) and left. I later realized they charged me $70. I thought it was an honest mistake because one nail tech did my fill and the other did my paint job and figured they thought it was a fresh set. I called and spoke to a woman on the phone and I felt kind of cornered but she gave me her number and asked me to send pics, which I did and she told me to let whoever is there know next time I go. I went back yesterday and was having a good convo with me and my sisters nail tech and I told the manager the situation and asked if he could just apply the difference to the nails I was doing. I felt, again, super cornered and made to feel like I was lying (I go there regularly) instead of trying to help. They started coming up with random things like how my nails must’ve been grown out or how it must’ve been my added tip and kept going back and forth. It was super awkward. I went to pay and they didn’t fix or apply any sort of refund or credit.
Previously: This is my new favorite nail salon! They always do exactly what I ask for and the nail techs’ work is always impeccable! They are also reasonably priced and everything is always clean and organized! The team there is welcoming and friendly
After moving to the area a lil over a year ago, I was having a hard time finding a great nail salon. After coming from the city of Chicago, we found one on every corner. We stumbled across this gem and fell in love. My family and I love Don and his staff! They take care of us in a beautiful way, every single time.
I used to be a super big fan of this place ! Loyal as ever! Would drive 1hr and 10 mins to get my nails done by GiGi.. I will not take away from her talent but the customer service and the appointments have gone down hill!
I was heading out of town and had made an appointment literally a month in advance ! The day before I called to confirm .. the receptionist seemed confused but said yep got it. Soo just to triple confirm I personally messaged Gigi on Instagram just to make sure ( we have this relationship / been going for 2 years ) she ignored me so I’m like okay she may be busy - I’ll see her for my appointment. (I only go to her for my nails).
So the appointment day comes up! I’m getting my pedicure and I asked where Gigi is !!

Great salon, and clean! My no chip manicure was just okay. Sadly I could still see some spots that maybe needed another coat. And my pedicure was expensive. I didn’t know that an addition $20 was going to be added to my $45 pedicure for no chip. So I would double check prices since I didn’t. I don’t get my nails done often so the splurge was okay for some vacation nails. Very nice staff and has a very “luxury” nail salon feel.
