I've been going to this gym for almost two years! They are always bringing in new exercises equipment! Awesome staff aka David ???? ! This is basically my second home!!!

Having a family owned gym with so many amenities/perks is hard to find nowadays! I think it’s amazing that the facility provides a clean & safe kids corner so you can get your workout on in the workout area while they watch TV or play. Not only do they accommodate & provide safety protocols for kiddos, but they also have a womens only workout area in the back that is super nice for the girls like me who enjoy some privacy while working out. The equipment was clean, sanitary stations were set up around the gym for easy cleaning, and I love how much variety there is at Poteau Family Fitness like the basketball court, CrossFit area, free weights, and even a tanning bed!! Not the mention the smoothie bar! It’s your one stop shop for a healthy active lifestyle that will easily become your new favorite gym!

The best gym in the history of Poteau, they have a well rounded gym with something for every0ne fitness needs and wants. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and invested in their customers. The fellow gym goers are all encouraging and friendly. Great atmosphere and CLEAN!

A gym with all the amenities that this gym has, is a rare thing. And to be locally family owned is a true blessing on top of that. There's nothing they won't do to accommodate and make your healthy lifestyle a pleasant one. Any questions or concerns are handled with the utmost professionalism. Member relationships with staff and family are taken very serious. Poteau is lucky to have a facility like this to enjoy.

Been going for over a year now. The gym is clean, the staff are friendly, and the equipment is varied enough to accommodate almost any routine. 24 hour access has been a life saver on busy days. Cant recommend enough

Great family owned gym, definitely one of the best in the area. I recommend for everyone starting out and are too shy, they will definitely help you out!
