Quick Facts About Ladue Nails & Spa

Ladue Nails & Spa, based on the comments provided, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, one comment mentions that the employees were very friendly. This is a positive attribute as having friendly and approachable staff can create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and make them feel comfortable during their visit. Another comment highlights that the salon is clean, which is crucial in maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
The wide variety of colors and long-lasting work mentioned in one comment can also be seen as a strength. Having a diverse range of colors allows customers to choose from various options and find a shade that suits their preferences. Additionally, providing long-lasting work is important, as it ensures that clients receive value for their money and reduces the frequency of salon visits.
The comment about the Clayton Rd location being peaceful and calm compared to the Ladue location serves as a strength for the Clayton branch. A peaceful atmosphere can enhance relaxation and provide a more enjoyable experience for customers. Additionally, the fact that the employees at the Clayton location are described as kind and helpful implies good customer service, which is certainly a strength.
Moreover, the positive experience described in one comment, where the staff accommodated the customer's handicap and the technicians helped each other, highlights qualities such as empathy and teamwork. These attributes can contribute to a positive customer experience and create a supportive work environment.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one comment mentions that the paint job on the toenails was better than the gel nails, suggesting inconsistency in the quality of services provided. This can be seen as a weakness, as customers expect consistent results from a salon.
Another comment expresses dissatisfaction with the Ladue pedicure, as the masseuse only massaged the customer's legs and not their feet. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and failure to deliver the promised service, which is a weakness for Ladue Nails & Spa.
Furthermore, the comment about dip powder nails lasting only a week before falling off implies poor quality or improper application of the product. This is a weakness, as customers invest money and time into getting their nails done and expect the results to last.
A few negative comments mention rude or dismissive behavior from the front desk staff. This is a significant weakness, as customer service is crucial in creating a positive experience and retaining customers. Rude behavior can drive customers away and result in negative word-of-mouth reviews.
Other negative comments mention rushed services, poor nail application, and a lack of attention to detail. These indicate a lack of professionalism and quality control, which can negatively impact customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, while Ladue Nails & Spa has some strengths such as friendly employees, a clean salon, and a wide variety of colors, there are significant weaknesses in terms of inconsistent service quality, unfulfilled promises, and poor customer service. These weaknesses need to be addressed and improved upon to provide a better overall experience for customers.

Best TL Reviews

Just don't. I got a ladue pedicure & gel nails, total was $90. Look at my nails ???? 3 stars b/c the pedicure was cool, 1 toenail is a little crooked but the paint job is much better. The employees were very friendly
This is the ONLY nail shop I go to in STL. They have a wide variety of colors and their work lasts. They do a good job I can keep my gel pedi for 2 months. I’ve been to other nail shops in the area and they just aren’t as good. The salon it’s self is also very pretty and clean as well as spacious since they have an upstairs as well.
The location on Clayton Rd is amazing compared to the one in Ladue! It was a peaceful and calm atmosphere as soon as I walked in. No shouting matches among employees like the Ladue location. These techs at Clayton are kind and they help each other. As soon as I came in they quickly found a seat that didn’t roll to accommodate my handicap. I’ve never had any establishment do that! It made me feel validated from the get-go. My tech, TeeTee, was fabulous! She enjoys her job and it shows. She is still learning English and I applaud her for persevering. Another tech, Tam May, kindly helped her with my unusual nail tip request and it was so refreshing to be in an environment of teaching and learning. Then I overheard the young man at the counter helping another tech with the word “prefer.” No shouting, only love. How refreshing! My nails look absolutely AMAZING! And to top it off, another customer getting her nails done overheard it was my birthday and paid for my manicure! So not only are the employees incredibly kind but so are the customers! This Ladue Nails & Spa has a permanent customer now! Thanks to everyone there for making the start of my birthday incredible! ❤️
Clean. Nice ambiance. My technician did a great job on my Deluxe pedicure. However, I’m only giving them 3 stars because my husband’s tech convinced us to get the Ladue pedicure for him to receive extra service on his calluses. The Ladue pedicure comes with a 10 minute massage. However, she only massaged his legs - no feet! Not happy about that!!
Normally nice but very rude and dismissive today. I arrived around 8:15 and when they left my granddaughter in the chair after putting the beginning nails on and I complained one of the techs said why did I come so early they have appts. I have been a customer over a year, will never go back. Also cut my neices nail really deep on the side of her finger. Poor seevice
Nice place, nice location, nice staff. However, I paid $60 for dip nails that only lasted exactly one week before they all fell off. I would not recommend getting the dip powder nails.
Painful and awful experience! The front desk is rude, doesn't acknowledge customers. Will actually stare you in the face and not speak.
Dip powder services requested and the guy was very sloppy, overuse of dip and all materials, sawing my cuticles with the nail file, and nails looked a mess. Took another hour trying to make them look somewhat decent. Never again!!!
My medi and pedi felt rushed. The foot massage didn't last a minute. The polish was thick, she kept adding liquid to thin it out. It was still a thick application and I said to her several times that the polish was old, had to ask her to redo 2 lumpy nails. She failed to
polish the sides of most my nails.
