Never again. Horrible work. Nothing at all like the picture I showed them. They look like press on nails. They charged me for two dip powders but only used one. And the other color was regular nail polish. Learned my lesson, never coming back.
If I could rate this place zero stars I would do it in a heart beat. I went last Saturday for a gel manicure and the guy I got as a nail tech was super rough. He cut both of my thumbs and didn’t even apologize or help me stop the bleeding. It hasn’t even been one week and the gel polish peeled off! I’ve gotten gel manicures before and they certainly last longer than a week! I will never recommend anyone to get their nails done here! Worst service I’ve ever had and most certainly the last time I’ll go here!
HORRIABLE!! DONT GO HERE!! I got a full set and brought a pic of what i wanted, they look nothing like the pic! The stripes look like my 4 yo painted them and the corners are so sharp I have actually cut my newborn! I went with others and my mom was actually cut on her toe, like bleeding cut and they didnt even ackowledge it even though she made them aware further mo r e after she took off the temp flip flops they gave her and put them in a bag of food to throw in the trash the owner dug them out and said ," i need these, we reuse them!" Disgusting place! You get what you pay for!
First time here today Tommy did an excellent job! Cleaned up my chewy cuticles and did a fill on my acrylic set. Also got gel. Will definitely be coming back. No lumps or bumps and quick
It was pretty good. I walked in and got a full set. Was $60 and I left a $12 tip.
Been going here for about 7 years. Reasonable pricing kept me coming back. I had 2 favorite techs that I often requested . Recently I started making appts so I would get the tech I wanted. My last appointment was a nightmare! I had a 2 pm appt, got there at 1:45. My tech was busy with another customer. So I waited. At 2:30 she still was not finished. I asked the owner what was going on. She told me my tech had another appt at 3, so the owner volunteered to do my nails. I asked the owner if she was going to let me sit there til 4 when the tech would be finished. She had no reply. I had a similar miserable experience the last time I made an appt. No more, I will take my business and money elsewhere. After years of being a loyal customer, I was treated with NO respect.
The owner is very rude!!! I got a mani with gel polish. The guy that did my nail either missed the sides or had in on my skin. 4 days later after they started peeling I went back in and asked for them to be fixed. The owners tells me come back later and when I asked her what time she stated Yelling at me to come back later cause she has an appointment (even though no was in the shop and it just opened) she tells me she told me the same thing the other day.. obviously someone came in complaining about there nails too! When I came back in.. she refused to speak to me.. only started talking to everyone in the shop. I can pay the same price at the shop just down the street for the same service. I won't be coming back here ever again
I went to the nail salon since it first opened. I was loyal and brought my sisters, aunts, and cousins to this salon. It's with a heavy heart that I discontinued going here due to unsatisfactory customer service.
The place is very busy, my recommendation is that you always call ahead. If you're getting a pedicure, Shawny is the person to go to.
Because I had been going for so long, I enjoyed the perk of being in the chair for close to an hour every time (which isn't common) but I noticed that most technicians don't take that much time. The place is somewhat clean and sanitary.
