Went here for a haircut for my 3 year old. The guy (the one with glasses) that cut his hair was pretty aggressive and rude yanking my sons head side to side without even asking him to move it or talking to him. The whole haircut took less than 5 min. It was very sloppy and rushed for no reason, my son sat very still. Left him uneven on one side of his head above his ear and with a bald spot in the back. So disappointed. I wish I would’ve seen these issues before I paid and left.
My friend also had a haircut and she said they kept poking her eye with their fingers because they were rushing so much.
Horrid experience. I came in asking for a trim, and walked out practically bald. Mind you I had a solid six inches of hair prior to coming in and asked to start by trimming off one, maybe two inches depending on what I thought after. My male stylist was very distracted and talking to his coworker the entire time. He hardly used a brush and made very vague chops. When it came time to pay he also made it very clear he expected a tip. You couldn’t say he was rushed because I was the only one in the salon at the time. I feel that older employees take advantage of younger generations because they know we have a harder time saying something if we don’t like the final product. He also wasn’t new because I know someone that’s been going there for ages. Most people don’t know what to do with me because I have very thick hair, but cutting it all off isn’t the solution. Like where did these people get their permits, university of stupid?
I brought my daughter in to get a trim. They made her brush her own hair before starting on her trim. Hair stylist parted her hair in sections and then asked her again to brush her hair. The lady did not use any water or check to make sure it was even. I am pretty disappointed in this place. We will go someplace different next time.
This place is amazing. The staff are some of the best people in the business. I have brought my son here for years. I moved away and brought him back on our visit and they remembered everything about my boy. This is a great community business and fairly priced. If I still lived here, this would still be my home shop. I would definitely recommend this salon to my family and friends!
It's my go to hair place! Lots of product to choose from as well as great prices. Always able to get in without a long wait if your a walk in. Great service and care.
Wow not sure what happend to this place, we live all the way out in camas and would drive out of our way to get our haircut there they use todo such a good job now for the second time in a row they hacked one of my kids hair teens, not good. We will not be back.
Imagine Salon is my go to place for my haircut. I had been to other shops with inconsistent results. Once I discovered Image Salon, I don't go anywhere else.
I have now referred my girlfriend to Image Salon. She is very satisfied with her service and happy with her haircut.
If I could GIVE a ZERO believe me I WOULD! Told the pretty girl with the blunt cut to cut no more than 2 inches off my hair, I even showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and she cut 8 inches off. She turned me away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing and I had no idea that she was whacking off ALL OFy hair! It took my 3 years to get my hair that long!
