Lisa is AWESOME! I’ve had some pretty bad experiences in salons because I’m a male. I had a set on that was three weeks old from a different salon. I went just an hour and a half before closing and showed her what I wanted. And she understood the assignment! Delivered! Nailed it! Girl did the thang! I haven’t loved a set as much as I do these. I can NOT QUIT SMILING????????????????

My Granddaughters wanted their nails done. Made a appointment. At the appointment time they sat them at a empty table. Two hours after their appointment time they wanted to start their nails but by that time my girls where over having their nail done and we left. What is the point of a appointment. People kept coming in and just sitting at a table to immediately get started on their nails.
Would not recommend using this business.
The lady who did my pedicure was awesome, she also prepped my nails for polish. The lady who polished my nails did a good job with polish, but normally a manicure includes lotion and a short massage on hands and arms. Neither of those happened. I had to ask her to come back over and file a rough spot off my nails. She was already on to the next person while finished drying.
I have been a long time customer of this salon. As of late, the techs cop an attitude when you ask for the basic mani/pedi and have been hostile when I refuse to upgrade. My last appointment for a mani/pedi was over two hours. They also do not honor those who make appointments. Rather they cram as many customers in as possible. I agree Peter is nice but he needs to really try harder with those of us who have been loyal to him over the years. I’m going to take a break for a while from this business. Maybe they will get their act together.

horrible experience the lady at the front didn’t know how to use her words and she was very fluent in english when i got seated the lady doing the pedicure didn’t even give me a chance to look at their options just insisted i get the 40$ pedicure i said no and that i wanted the 25$ one instead when she was doing my pedicure she was rushing the whole time and my polish is horrible there is splotches everywhere same with my nails i asked for a gel manicure the lady doing it was very rough cut me on the side of my finger and while we where waiting for my nails to dry she used the same file that she used on me for herself then used it on me again my polish is all over my fingers and you can see my actual nail threw the polish and the filing is very uneven i asked for square let me just say i am very unsatisfied and will not be returning
Rude workers, especially the young lady at the front desk. Messed up my eyebrows. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE!!!! Took about half an inch off of the front of my eyebrow. Had to go get them powdered. Because it was too embarrassing. Will not be back
So me and my friend went to this salon yesterday to get a mani pedi done. I had a bad experience with this place at first they painted my toe the wrong color first then grab the correct nail polish and painted over that nail polish. Then when the lady was doing the gel manicure she was being too rough filing down the shape of the nail to the point it rubbed my skin and chipped part of the nail that she put extra glue to hold it down and painted it over after. Also each time she would be done with one hand she shoved my hand into the light to dry them. She was just rude the whole entire time I’m not coming back to this spa and I want my money back cause I shouldn’t have to pay 135 dollars for both me and my friend to have her finger cut and NAIL POLISH under the nail still.
