Quick Facts About Princess Nails

Princess Nails place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One strength of Princess Nails is the quality of work done by some of the employees, specifically Kayla and Cindy. Multiple comments praise their work and express satisfaction with their services. This suggests that these employees have the skills and expertise to provide customers with excellent nail services. Additionally, the friendly nature of everyone working at Princess Nails is noted as a positive aspect. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and enjoy interacting with the staff.
Another strength mentioned is the affordability of the services provided. While one comment mentions that the price was too high for them at $50, other comments do not raise any concerns about the price. This suggests that, in general, Princess Nails offers reasonable pricing for their services, making them accessible to a wider range of customers.
However, there are also several weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One major weakness is the inconsistency in the quality of work depending on the technician. One customer mentions that the younger woman is the best, while the man is the worst. This indicates a lack of consistency in the level of skill and attention to detail among the employees, which can lead to unsatisfactory experiences for customers.
Another weakness is the poor customer service experienced by some customers. One comment mentions that a technician got mad and rolled her eyes when the client expressed dissatisfaction with the design. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach. Similarly, another comment mentions that a customer felt rushed during their visit, indicating a lack of attention and care given to their needs.
Furthermore, there are complaints about the longevity of the manicures and pedicures. One customer mentions that polish started peeling off within a few days, which is not reflective of the expected duration for gel polish. This suggests that the application process or product quality may not be consistent or up to par.
In terms of pricing, one customer complains about being overcharged and feeling deceived by the pricing structure. They claim that the technician charged $45 instead of the displayed price of $25, adding extra charges for minor modifications. This raises concerns about transparency and fairness in pricing.
Additionally, there is a complaint about the experience of a child getting a manicure. The customer felt that the child's nails were poorly painted and that the service was not child-friendly. This highlights a lack of attention to detail and consideration for customers with specific needs.
Overall, the strengths of Princess Nails lie in the quality of work done by some technicians, the friendliness of the staff, and the affordability of their services. However, the weaknesses include inconsistency in the quality of work, unsatisfactory customer service experiences, issues with longevity of manicures, transparency in pricing, and a lack of attention to specific customer needs. These weaknesses can have a significant impact on the overall customer experience and may deter repeat business. Princess Nails place should address these issues to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Best TL Reviews

Okay but not great. It all depends on who you get. The younger woman is the best. The man is the worst. I got a pedicure and 3 days later the polish was off of 3 nails. I also got a manicure with gel polish (in the pictures). Two nails had the polish peel off in less than a week. Gel usually last 3 weeks. This was by the man. A month ago I got the same thing from the younger woman and it was great. That's why I went back.
She did a horrible job. When I told her I did not like the design she got mad and rolled her eyes and wanted to charge me more to fix the bad job she had done. She has no professional ethics. Talked back to the client with attitude. She cares more about the money than doing a good job. She rushed in doing my friends and my nails.
Kayla is the best!!! I walked out so satisfied and happy, she does an awesome job. Loved my nails
I truly recommend Kayla and Cindy for their quality of work. I love this place.
Kayla was very nice, quality work & good pricing. Im from out of state and its hard knowing where to go but after searching n reading reviews decide to go in. I would definitely recommend this place ????
Everyone is friendly.I like my nails but the price was too much for me.I paid $50.
Horrible customer service! I went with my kindergartener to get a manicure for myself and her nails painted. I was hoping for her to be able to sit in a regular chair and get hair nails painted like me but instead they had her sit on a little stool while a lady held her hand painting over her nails only once so they didn’t even look good. My manicure was rushed for no reason at all, there was only one other customer there at the time and 2 ladies were helping her. The man that painted my nails didn’t do a good job either, he put a mini fan a little to close to my nails to dry them and 2 of my fingers bumped it so she was pretty upset when he had to “fix” but all he did was put more nail polish on top which did nothing to fix it; he also didn’t even paint the edges of my nails so they did not look good. To top it all off, I was charged $35 for the terrible job they did! I will not be going back!
Called ahead of time to schedule a full set. When I got there they made me wait half an hour and then rushed it. she stood while painting my nails uneven, creating bubbles and there were clearly little fuzzies in the polish. ON TOP OF THAT, they're super thick and she over charged me. The price said 25, she charged me 45. When I asked why, she told me because of the length and coffin shape, normally places charge an extra 5 for coffin and an extra 5 for length NOT 20!! PLUS when she did the length, she started it extremely long and I even asked her to cut them down so I shouldve never been charged for it!! never going back!
