Some of them will lie like they know how to do certain nails but DONT!!! They will have your nails messed up. I say if you know you not ready for a nail design or shape yet, don’t start doing the nails until you are ready. Then not only that they will get rude with you like you are in the wrong! No way a fill and French tips should’ve took 2 hours and the nails still UGLY
I love pro nails & their staff. They’re very friendly & always satisfy my nail needs.
The man who did my nails was in the first nail station. He was non-communicative except to tell me the cost of $35. He did a very poor, rushed job. He did nothing to manicure my cuticles, he didn’t push them back, nor oil them. He didn’t file my nails to even them out. He kept yanking on my arm until I finally told him my arm wouldn’t stretch that far. He had very little consideration for my comfort. Lastly, he was in such a hurry that the polish wasn’t evenly distributed on the nails, specifically on the sides of the nails.

The employees are quite nice, however they feel amateur. One time I went, I just wanted a re-do on my gel nails, and when they were taking it on, one hand someone was filing it off and the other another person was peeling it off with pliers! And ANOTHER time I went, they left hairs a ton of hairs in the finish and left my skin peeling for days. I recommend Valentine Nails in Jonesboro.
I wouldn't let another shop touch my nails. They are fast, precise, and they truly value their career. My nails always look perfect. The owners should be so proud of being the best nail artist wynne by far. You get more than u pay for. Wouldn't recommend any other nail shop because I've tried them all and paid more and had crooked nails. I was in and out in 30 minutes and got two manicures and a dip and a full set and paid $90. Way under priced if u ask me. I'm a forever client now.
Nails are always on point..I go every two weeks n get about 2 to 3 fill in before gettin a new set...she also keeps my lashes up when needed...wonderful job
Visiting for the holiday from Georgia and didn’t want to get my nails done in my town because of past experiences. I am SO HAPPY I decided to wait until I got here because these people had the best service and my nails are on point (better then ever in the last year) and my lashes were done so fast and so well. My daughter is in love with her nails also. I wish they were in Georgia. But at least I know I have a place here when we visit. Obviously I will be coming back every chance I get!! I might even fly out here just to get my nails done they are that great!!! Harry and the woman who did my eyelashes totally surpassed my expectations. Thank You So Much For The Best Service I’m The Longest Time!!!
This company both in Forrest city and Wynne Arkansas is terrible. Their customer service skill are terrible. Their attitude like they're service is free when actually it's expensive! They very rude and when you point out any problem with their services or something, they act like they don't understand english or tell you to go somewhere else. I really wish a different race would open up nail shops because they're very unprofessional!
