They are amazing! Definitely the best quality in the area. My gel never chips and last for 3 weeks or until I’m ready to go back. A little more expensive than other places around here, but that is because they are using better quality products that last! I rather pay more and not have to worry about breaking a nail. Amazing staff, very clean, and my favorite nail salon up here!
Process could have been a bit longer, I did the ice pedicure. Loved the product and paint came out nice :) no pain! They also gave me back the two dollar ATM fee. Great customer service, woman who did mine was so nice. Please ignore my tan line.
This nail salon is so amazing, I travel from out of state to get my nails done with Kelly. I asked her to freestyle a design and it came out stunning! Every time I come in, everyone is kind and respectful. Really glad I found this lovely salon in the Poconos!
I did not have a good experience it being my first time. They were not honest that they were unable to do my nails the way I needed them. They were going to put 2 different colors on my fingers and was upset when asked to make my nails the same color. She had me playing musical chair’s because of her eagerness just to make money and not make sure her customers were happy which is unacceptable! She said I was there too long…. Yea because you didnt know what you were doing and weren’t honest from the start!!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I refuse to pay money to an organization who has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Wish I could give zero stars! I planned on becoming a repeat customer. On my third visit I brought my 80 year old mother with me for a Mani/pedi treat. I got a gel fill in with 2/5.00 designs and a regular pedicure. My mom got a full set gel and a regular pedicure. We were charged 200.00 and gave a 25 dollar tip to Ly who did both our nails. On the way out my mother noticed the price board and said, "I think they may have accidentally over charged us" so I took a picture and said I'd call later.
I called Sonny, and he said he'd call back but never did. I called again and Kelly started rattling off services we didn't receive...She then offered me an insulting 8 dollar refund. The refund wss insulting because i never asked for any money back, i just wanted to understand what i was being charged for and trust them moving forward. BTW-A perfect reply would have been. "Nicki we'll take care of you when you return."
Instead Kelly decides its easier to lie about services received and then insult my elderly mother! This was literally hours later not days so that was a very suspicious approach. She claimed my 80 year old mother got "extra length" nails and that we both got callous removals- which we did not. In fact, jokes were made about me kicking due to being ticklish- i never get extra work on my feet because I can't tolerate it.
When I told her she must be confusing me with another customer she asked for pictures and I decided to just go back in before they closed. Big mistake! Kelly became defensive and now offered me a 5.00 refund! Walked away talking about my mother which started to escalate me emotionally so it was best that I Ieave. I will never return there and noticed a trend in their reviews...
This place gets either 5 stars or 1. I'm guessing they have a type of customer they appease and another type they feel comfortable dismissing...curious to see how well that will work out for them in the future. For now my advice is ITEMIZE YOUR BILL OR EXPECT TO GET CHARGED RANDOMLY! Personally, there are too many salons on this mountain to tolerate that level of disrespect! I'll pass.

I just had them fix my nails form the worst experience I've had. They did an amazing job with them! I will.always ways come here! The prices are great also!!!
I have been coming here for about 2 years, I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. Kathy is my girl, she knows exactly what I want and how I want my nails. She always provides the best service with a smile. Kelly is also amazing, she has done my nails a couple times when Kathy was not available.
