I had my hair cut and color at this hair salon. It was my first time in Boston so I worried at first but I really like it! She is an experienced hairdresser and she colored my hair exactly the way I wanted.

People there are super nice but they absolutely botched my haircut. Worst haircut I got in my life. They said they would cut a little bit at the top but then left me looking bald.

It’s the WORST hair salon experience I ever had. Even though they are being kind of nice to you, they barely have ANY SKILLS. This experience cost me more to find another salon to do my hair extension since this hairstyle is SOO BAD, NOT EVEN TIDY!!! It made me feel bad whole day! Kind hairstylist, but ruined my hair. I left with uneven bangs, and my hair length doesn’t match anywhere you look. Random strands of long hair versus the short parts of it. I originally had my hair in a wolfcut/mullet style. They charge an absurd amount + tip for a bad haircut.

People are nice, but prices are ridiculous. I went for an under cut and a trim and the total was $55, I think i was just scammed just now. Would never recommend it, not even for someone i hate.
