Big disappointment!
Elegant Nails is nothing like it was 5 years ago. This management has run this business so poorly. Once a clean and thriving, professional nail salon is now reduced to a filthy salon with only one tech on the floor 2-3 days/wk. I asked for a gel manicure with one nail repair. She was rude and rushing my appointment and ended up just using superglue to repair my nail. Needless to say the repair lasted one day and polish already chipping off. I returned but once she realized it was a return visit she didn’t have the time. Not worth going back. Save yourself the frustration and enjoy a relaxing manicure elsewhere.
they were rude to me and my friend when getting started, had an appt at 4:30 didn’t get my nails started until 5:15. very rough with the nail cleaning and it hurt. polish did not stay on for long and not very good work they were rushing through the appointment.
High prices for the same quality as other places. The also refused a debit card payment and forced us to get cash. This place flaunts the fact that they openly commit tax fraud.
This nail salon has gone through an ownership change. At first, things were just fine however, recently, this salon has gone just bizarre. There is a male worker there who has longer hair, avoid him at all cost, he should not be around people at all. Rude, mean, bad service are not strong enough to describe him. He obviously has serious anger issues and takes out on customers for no reason. No one shall spend money getting their nails done by anyone like him. Trina there is fantastic and I do feel terrible for advising people in my neighborhood to avoid that place since she does not deserve to be associated with the negativity of this business. Perhaps there needed to be some kind of investigation there because the people there are just not right. They are angry, they treat customers like enemies, provide awful service. I just do not understand any of this… I hope someone new and actually enjoys providing nail services take over this place. The salon itself is a great space, has so much to offer. I certainly wouldn’t go back until this current ownership is gone and have been advising others to as well.
Update 6/24/21 - have gone back a few times since they always have openings at last minute. Good manicures everytime.
Usually I have great gel manicures but this past Saturday was different. Polish was too thick so some nails were peeling off just by opening a box or doing other normal activities. All nails were trimmed too short just to accommodate one nails length. Looked like stubby fingers after he was done
I absolutely LOVE Elegant Nails. The salon is under new management and it total changes to a new level. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and professional. The salon is clean and it’s in great location- same strip mall with Sandick. It’s really convenient for me when I’m getting off of work. Consistently good pedicures and love my acrylic nails. Would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional and relaxation salon with great staffs
Nice facility, but bad service. My nail tech was rude, made three of my nail beds bleed, and the manicure quality was not that great. Within an hour of leaving one nail was already chipped, doing nothing strenuous with my hands. The price for a basic manicure was also more than I’ve ever paid at better quality places. My nail tech was also trying very hard to get me to get a nail color I just didn’t want. Wasn’t very receptive to my request.
I've gone here 4 times now for acrylics and so far I've had 4 different people do them each time. All of them have done a great job, but each time I got charged very different prices...kinda strange to go from $65 to $45 to $55 than $35. But whatever they do a great job. I have to say Bebee who just recently started there is fantastic! She has done the best job and is very personable. Highly recommend this place!
