Mi experiencia en Cibelis Hair salon fue muy agradable. Les cuento que aunque hice cita me atendieron muy puntales y fueron muy amables. Yarelis me lavo el cabello y me parecio una chica muy simpatica y Cibelis me recorto y seco el cabello. My experience at Cibelis Hair Salon was pleasant. I was acknowledged immediately and that was nice, even though I had an appointment I was seen promptly. Yarelis washed my hair and Cibelis cut and blow dried my hair. I am a women with very little hair and I suffer from hair loss so I appreciated Cibelis hair styling recommendations. I found her to be a sincere and professional stylist. Hopefully this review helps women in choosing this salon. I am definitely going back.

The time I have been in this establishment it have been professional and I love their customer services. I don’t have any complaints about the service I asked for, and they provided. I’m a picky person selecting the person who will handle my hair because I need somebody that Understands my hair, and they did. In my experience, I’ll be back to this establishment. My daughter went for a haircut. The stylist asked her if she wanted her hair blown dry. She did not tell her it was an additional 30.00 charge. When I called to complain about them taking advantage of a sixteen year old they gave me a hard time. They said I should of went with her. They should of been upfront about the additional charges. Taking advantage of kids is not ok. I’m not sure why this posted under my sons name.

Cibelis has been doing my hair for 8 yrs now, I love it! Keratin color eyebrows. I love the new location. I recommend women of all hair types to come thru you will definitely leave happy.????????

My experience with Arlene and Cibelis was amazing I recently moved here from New York and was looking for a hair salon and I found it lol . These women are so friendly and knowledgeable, they make you feel so comfortable. I left feeling beautiful and confident . I definitely would recommend this salon . My ombré came out even better then I expected the color Cibelis got was so impressive , she exceeded my expectations..

I came her with my daughter to get her hair cut and blow dried she put a treatment in her hair to help it become softer and grow longer. She did amazing with my daughter I would highly recommend!

I went in to get my hair cut and they cut my hair an asked to blow dry it. Without letting me know it was an additional $30 dollars. The girl at the counter said she was sorry she “forgot” to inform me. I was supper nice and paid. While they blow dried my hair she kept going over the same spot (that was dry) which after heat damaged my hair. My hair was uneven in the front and there’s bold cuts making it look choppy. I went back and the guy offered a refund and the lady who did my hair told me no. They proceed to comment that I was 16 with a tattoo and on my way out they were pointing at my clothes (shorts and a tank top). So it was very rude and they were super judgy. On top of it I don’t speak Spanish and that’s all they spoke to each other in-front of me.

School is almost in session for K-12 and I’ve been looking for a stylist for my daughter and they were wonderful. We were both elated to see the results, thank you again.
