Best TL Reviews
My index finger is very crooked and my two pinkies are very uneven as are the rest of the nails but that is the worst. The shorter pinkie nail is the length I wanted but I got much longer than that. I asked the lady who did my nails to cut them down when I noticed and was told it was to late as she was already applying acrylic. I also got a pedicure done which turned out pretty good but the woman who did it yelled at me when I went to sit down and have my hands done because she told me the wrong chair to go too. When I went to pay and leave I handed the woman a 20 and she proceeded to ask for more to give to the other lady and was upset when I said no. Will never return wish I could give zero stars
I met one lady there who was extremely nice very helpful, but she just took the polish off. She wasn’t my nail tech. All I had to do was get my nails painted with the gel color. The nail tech named CO was absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the years of getting my nails done. I will never step foot back in that place, or if she is there, I would not recommend her to anyone
Literally just walked out and this is what my nails look like...absolutely horrible job on my nails or 27 dollars. I could have done better at home. Showed the guy doing my nails, but was not listening to me.
It’s been over two years so I decided to try this place again…still awful! And more expensive then before (added photos of the prices).
They told me there was a 10 min wait and I waited for more than 40 min!!!
Then the lady rushed my manicure and pedicure. She did not even ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. For $67 dollars, go somewhere else to waste your money.
Wow can I even review with 0 star?? I wish I could! My friend went to this place to get her nails done (acrylic). First of all her nails looked terrible! Acrylics are supposed to last at least 3-4 weeks and you can just do fills after! But nope on the 4th day, 2 nails already fell off lol. The shape looked bad may I add, they were so thick and to make it so much worse they cut her fingers several times like they were mad or something! And when she came back and tried to have them fix it, they threatened her to call the cops if she doesn’t leave. Very rude and unprofessional employees in this place. I don’t get why this place is still operational since so many bad reviews from Google and Yelp. DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
My friend did her nails and looks terrible and now her finger may be getting infected. Don’t come to this place because they don’t care. They don’t want to give her money back. She paid about $50 dollars or so. I get it, we all make mistakes and may be new to something but knowing her nails are looking bad and not doing something about it and denying refunding it, it is just terrible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This is the closest nail salon to us, so usually by default the one Ive gone to multiple times. Its convenient because its close to coffee and shops, so you can drink some coffee and then run your errands after.. as for service, its ok. They always seem like its a chore to have clients come in.. Getting anything above a basic pedi is worthless, they dont massage or anything for long enough to do anything. They always file my toenails slightly crooked too ???? decently good place if youre nearby, but I think we will try a few other local shops too.
I enjoyed my time here at this nail salon and will go back a few more time before I leave NC. They were very friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. I didn't even have to ask for them to fix my cuticles up, she just did it. I do wish she would have asked hands once she was done, thats my favorite part. But I will update in about two weeks on quality.
This was my first time here and everyone was nice. Sandy did my French tips, I have really dark nail-beds so it’s hard to find a pink that looks natural and not so pink.
Judy did the the fire tip nails they were a little expensive but over all I like them they both did a good job and I will return in the future.
