I went in on 8/28/2021 for a full set , this was the outcome . I was unhappy with the service , I advised the lady of that and was still pressured into paying ! Save yourself money and go elsewhere!!! Mind you this was a basic FRENCH TIP FULL SET !
Me and my mother went in and Kim done our nails. She was offering nail art that we didn’t even ask for. She said “let me free style for you” we specifically said “how much is freestyle design“ she responded “I’m going to hook y’all up this first time so you’ll want to come back”. When she finished she charged $75 a piece and we only got fill ins. I said “we’ll pay this time but we won’t be back” she basically forced us to spend money with her bc we didn’t want a freestyle design to begin with and, all she could say was “where can you get all these design for cheaper”. Never allow her to offer design bc it will be very expensive.
me and my sister waited from 4:09 til 6;52 jus to get our nails done by kim 1. she was rushing on my nails 2. she cut 5 of my fingers from drilling to hard 3. she had a attitude and the nail arent looking to good.
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT let Kim do your nails my mother and I paid $103 to get our nails and feet done on Thursday for my brothers wedding and by Monday 2 have already came off when we left the shop a few of my mothers nails were cracked. She did good on our feet and eyebrows but nails NO! If you want your nails done let Paul do them he’s the best. We only let Kim do it because she was the only one there and we needed them done in time.
To start off the day I arrived to Ric Nails at 10:10 o’clock on Friday July 24. My appointment was at 10:30 o’clock and Mis Kim, the person who did my nails arrived at 10:55 o’clock. While I was waiting 4 other people said they also had appointments and was tired of waiting so they drove to a different nail salon. When mis Kim arrived I waited an hour just for her to be ready. After that mis Kim did a terrible job on my nails and my aunt told me to tell Mis kid what I disliked about my nails and… IMG_4646.PNG … this is what I asked for and … IMG_4671.HEIC and IMG_4670.HEIC That’s what I got
I’m not sure why this place has such terrible reviews. It might not be the nicest place but I was very pleased with my pedi and customer service. I went here after reading the bad reviews because it was the only place I could get in immediately after phase one began from covid. My feet were in desperate need and I thought something will be better than nothing. I am so glad I gave this place a try. The lady that gave me my pedicure did an amazing job. Probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. She was very sweet and although they were busy she never rushed to get my feet done. I am truly thankful for the service I received yesterday and I will return.
This is my second time in 5 years getting my nails done there all of the nails fell off 3 day’s later and the lady named Kim did them should would not even fixed and I got nailed art drawn on that was pretty other than that don’t waste your money I got them done on the 6-11-2021 I don’t have but two nails left on my hand top nails does good work they just were booked up so they were my last choice $58 down the drain never again.
Terrible, unprofessional and she can't do nails!! I will not go back there again!! I see why I was the only customer for over an hour! When I pulled up she was outside looking at her phone..that should have been my sign right there!! She filed my long own nails down to the finger tips after I told her what I wanted..then talked @$&%& after I paid her anyway..then I prayed...
