I was referred here because my dog is old and difficult to work with these days so I’m having an extremely hard time finding anyone who will groom him. They were extremely nice but unfortunately weren’t able to do more than a bath. So I thought maybe if I brought him for a few baths he might warm up to them.
We were 30 minutes late to our last appointment. She seemed very upset so I insisted on rescheduling. She was there alone with several dogs so I felt like she was having a rough day (as was I) and I know my dog is difficult so I didn’t want to further impose. Had she not been so kind before I would have had a real problem with the way she spoke to me but I was in the wrong, and we all have bad days, so I took that.
She rescheduled us for the following week, and I didn’t get anything in writing, or a confirmation call, so I wasn’t sure if I remembered the time correctly. That morning I called several times to confirm and no one answered, voicemail box was full. So I arrived about 15 minutes before the time I thought my appointment was from memory and they were very much CLOSED.
I feel like that was done on purpose. And while I was wrong to be late, and I did forget to apologize, I don’t think we deserved all that. Lol I was also a small business owner in the service industry and so I’m very empathetic when things like this happen. But at the same time I would never do that to an unproblematic client (me, not my dog lol) that was late one time. To my knowledge I’ve been nothing but kind and extremely grateful to you.
So that was pretty harsh and I’m very disappointed because he really just needs a groomer he can trust and it’s been impossible to find someone with the care and patience.
If you choose this business, don’t be late.
This is an amazing pet groomer located in Moreno Valley, CA. My Miniature Schnauzer just loves it here. The operators are very friendly and the customer service is great. Prices are nice for the quality of service they provide. 5 stars for putting up with my dog every time I drop her off ????.
If it was a zero star I will give it to them they gave you no appointment verification calls to re-verify that you know when your appointment time is I highly recommend this place for nobody rudeness poor customer service all around bad for business my dogs I have no haircut I have to find them another place to go to after waiting two weeks
