They did a great job on my nails, and the customer service was good. I like the set up and the ambience. My nail tech did an awesome job paying attention to detail and listening to me. My pedicurist did a good job as well. I definitely will be back.

Me, my mom, and my dad have been coming here for a while and I’ve never had a single complaint when getting my nails done here but Hana has by far given me the MOST perfect nails I’ve ever had. Her line work is amazing, I gave her a reference photo and she did so much better than the one I showed her. I loved her personality and customer service. I can’t thank her enough!

I just moved to Georgia and some recommended Palazzo to me, I’m so glad they did! Hana always does an incredible job on my nails. She’s fast, and she always impresses me with getting the art I ask her to do perfectly!

I love this place so much that I pass several nail salons just to go there and get a manicure, pedicure and artwork done. The staff there are always professional and friendly and I am glad that I am one of their client. I also have most of my family going there. The entire staff is great but Vicky is my girl, I love the way she takes a look at what I want from a picture and makes it her own, better than what's on the picture. She come up with better ideas and adds it to my nails, we have great conversations when I go to see her. She's very friendly and detailed with her work because she stand behind her work. I have been coming to this place for years now and I have never been disappointed with the work they do, and I had just about all of them do my nails. I truly love and appreciate Palazzo and the work that they do.

Ask for SABRINA. She is amazing, the sweetest, kindest little thing!!!! She always does my nails better than expected! This time I got the, "filling gel glitter hombre". If she does your nails you won't be disappointed!

Everything started out fine and my pedicure went well. However; I left with 5 cuts on my fingers from the technician using the wrong filing tool or something. I told management and all they did was give me a $5 discount. This is a basic expectation... Who wants to pay $45 to have their hands butchered?

Love this place and love Sabrina! She does amazing work, is so friendly and helps me with designing my nails! Go see her she is awesome!

This is my usual nail place; I love them! Always courteous and best of all, I'm always completely satisfied with my nails. I usually get SNS dipping powder on my nails and the spa pedicure. I just tried doing the Deluxe and it was amazing. Recommend for anyone to try at least once!
