Shop is very clean. Love the remodeling and adding this bar! They were very friendly and kept things well sanitized. I noticed they change their pedicure liners and wear gloves as well as sanitize any nail tools. They also have all brand new pumice stone, file, buffer, toe separators, and slippers thrown away after every use.
I love the atmosphere everyone is so inviting and helpful. Thank for being so flexible. This is a amazing shop with lots to offer and they have a great bar to unwind and give yourself some self care. They look at any design and excute them well Great work
I love Mai and Thy’s service . I have been a customer for over 20 years. Tonight I got a beautiful nail design. They accepted my appointment same day and was able to get me in within an hour.

I got dip nails and waxing services here. Dip color I selected was not pigmented enough so my nail technician added gel on top after asking my opinion. I really appreciate that. The pedicure I got was nice but the technician kept pushing me to get 10 mins more massage for extra money. I had to decline her multiple times which made me uncomfortable. Eyebrow wac i got was the worst. Clearly the wax heat was too much and it scalded my skin. Please see attached photo. Never get your eyebrows done here. Also my eyebrows were very thin and not what i wanted at all but that is partially my fault since I didn’t verbalize what I wanted.
I love it here! Everyone is great, I have been a customer for several years now and they never disappoint even when I get my XXL length nails! The deluxe pedicure is the best and today I tried the new jelly pedicure and it felt amazing!
Overall I love it here, I literally don’t go anywhere else, they treat me great ???? highly recommended!
I drive from Ballard to see this team. Best place to love yourself. My special place ❤...nail art, deluxe pedi,massage, mimosas, music, lashes and not a whole lot of chatter in their native language so you feel included. Well worth my 45min drive. ????
