This was our 2nd visit and it was just as good as the 1st. The quality of grooming & pricing here is beyond better than any of the chain groomers. This is our go to grooming spot here in the HD. I highly recommend it for older difficult pups! My little one has issues with gunk by here eyes and they were able to remove it safely. She also isn't a fan of her paws messed with and they are able to trim all her nails (which another groomer that starts w/ a P failed to do & caused pain to my pup & failed to notify me of). Here I was notified of what they couldn't do, which was perfectly understandable. They are absolutely wonderful with both of my pups.

This is my second visit and let me just say it was absolutely horrible. They are closed at the moment and I can’t call yet to ask what happened because I left my dog with my mother who went to pick him up and now that I’m seeing what’s she was talking about I’m litteraly speachless. I asked for a trim don’t touch the ears or tail and my dog is just- it looks like they shaved him, trimmed his ears and his tail which is all completely the opposite what I asked for ????‍♀️ I really thought this was gonna be the first groomer I was actually in love with from our first visit. This is his before and after ????. Needless to say I really don’t wanna come here like ever again I trusted them with trimming his hair TRIMMING ????

First off awesome customer service. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome. Our dog really needed groomed, it had been a little while. Even though she was going to have to cut off way more than we wanted she also still wanted our opinion. She did an awesome job and still tried to keep close to what we wanted. Definitely earned my business. Desiree was very nice and took the time to talk with me. Great prices!! Between the bows and the bandanna she was so cute.

Once again a very happy pooch and owner.

I love this place I been taking my babies here for awhile. I love how they look and smell when they come home. I also like that I can go and just take them if they need a nail trim or face trim without making an appointment. The groomers are really good with the dogs.

BEWARE AND DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR LOVED ONES HERE.

There are so many different elements to this review.

First off, my family brought their cat in for a basic nail trim. A pretty standard service if you ask me. WRONG! My family picked up the cat and she was lethargic, drooling and not her normal self. That was the first concern. And yes, sometimes places can use a calming medicine to relax the animals. But in this case they definitely overdosed our cat. Because not even 24 hrs later. Our furry loved one DIED! Yes, you read that correctly. Our cat DIED from the service here. Our cat had no underlining issues and was a happy healthy cat.

Now secondly. The professionalism from this business is a negative 0. The owner keeps calling my family from blocked numbers screaming and saying inappropriate words at us because of the situation. We are just trying to get to the bottom of this as any animal lover would. At this point it’s HARASSMENT. That is not okay by any means, especially from the business owner. I don't know about you, but all those actions from the owner looks GUILTY to me.

Save your loved ones and go somewhere else!

Took our maltipoo Olive there for the first time, he came out looking great! He didn’t come out shaking or scared like he normally does! He looked & smelled amazing…everyone was so nice & helpful! Even when my 4 year old saw him he said “mommy this place makes him look so much better than the other places” thanks again & this will be our new place to go!

I’m so thankful for this place. It’s only a few minutes from my house and they’re so kind! I came in one day with my outside cat. She had some really bad knots in her fur around her neck and one day she came in and she had ripped the hair right out of her neck, by pulling or something. It hurt my heart to see the tender skin underneath so I packed her up and brought her here. Upon coming in, Naina one of the groomers told me that for the day, they were all full for cat grooming as she was the only one there at the time. I asked her to just look at her neck and let me know what I could do and instead she decided to take her anyways. She very quickly shaved the entire area and removed all the knots and I’m just so grateful for her kindness. It meant so much. My sweet cat feels so much better ????
