Had a great experience shopping for extensions for my daughter today. They didn’t have micro links but they had great customer service despite some of the comments I have seen on their reviews. We will definitely go back.
The items are way overpriced and there's not a good selection. The prices of synthetic hair is outrageous and so is the price of pack hair. This beauty supply totally takes advantage of the fact it's surrounded by rural areas and people who aren't up to date on hair trends.
When i got to this store the asian guy was standing at the door smoking. He stepped away when i got to the door. When he came in store i was looking up at a wig. He walked right by me and never asked if I needed assistance. He sat right down and got on his computer phone or whatever. So i went to the other side. 2 females was working. One was waiting on someone. The other was eating and talking on the phone. Never asked if i needed assistance. Finally i walked over to them and asked to see 2 wigs. She finally got up and got them for me as if she hated to assist a customer. I didnt like either one and wanted to see another but i was never asked. If i needed more help. But they were having a good time laughing and talking. I wouldnt buy anything there for any reason. I have been to this store in the past and always had good service. Today 08 28 18, your employees need firing. Very GHETTO!!!! Unprofessional in every way.
They have a variety of things which is good, but customer service they need to def work on. I wasn't greeted at the door, I had to almost walk 1 feet in front of the girl for her to look up and help me.

I came in there with my friend. We looked around at everything. The ladies there were so nice, kind, and beyond helpful. We were shocked at their helpfulness. We will definitely be back.
Limited selection. They need better quality hair. Really need more hair products. They should really work on increasing inventory with different styles, lengths, and brands. More Vivica Fox please.
