Quick Facts About Q Nails

Q Nails, based on the comments, has several strengths and weaknesses that can be analyzed.
One of the main strengths of Q Nails is the talent and skill of their nail technicians. Multiple comments mention the quality of the work and being pleased with the finished result. This indicates that the staff at Q Nails have the expertise to provide satisfactory nail services. Additionally, the positive comment about Kenny specifically highlights that there is at least one standout technician who consistently delivers excellent results.
Another strength of Q Nails is the affordability of their services. One commenter mentions that the salon is mid-level affordable, indicating that the prices at Q Nails are reasonably priced compared to other nail salons. This can be considered a strength as it attracts customers who are looking for quality services at affordable prices.
The salon's attention to customer experience is also a strength. A comment mentions the care taken to make a 6-year-old customer feel comfortable and safe, showing that Q Nails prioritizes the well-being of its customers. Furthermore, providing mints on the tables adds to the overall customer experience, making it more enjoyable and pleasant for customers while they receive their treatments.
Another strength of Q Nails is the long-lasting results mentioned in one comment. The fact that the manicures from Q Nails last a long time and do not break indicates that they use high-quality products and techniques, resulting in durable and reliable nail treatments. This is a positive aspect for customers looking for longevity in their nail services.
However, Q Nails also has several weaknesses that need to be addressed. One recurring issue mentioned in the comments is inconsistent pricing. One customer describes her dissatisfaction with the constant changes in pricing and additional charges. This inconsistency can lead to confusion and frustration for customers, potentially discouraging them from returning to Q Nails. Inconsistent pricing also raises concerns about transparency and fairness in their business practices.
Another weakness highlighted by a negative comment is the rushed service. The customer feels that the staff at Q Nails hurry through each service, which can lead to subpar results and dissatisfaction. Rushed service also indicates a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction, which can impact the overall quality of the salon. Furthermore, another comment mentions experiencing long waiting times despite having made an appointment, suggesting a lack of efficiency and time management.
Additionally, there are comments about miscommunication regarding nail lengths and additional charges. In one instance, a customer complains about being charged more for a longer length, even though the nails were actually shorter than what the customer usually gets. This miscommunication reflects a lack of clarity and customer understanding, potentially leading to misunderstandings and negative experiences.
Lastly, there is a comment about the pricing inconsistency between cuticle care/removal and a manicure. Charging the same price for both services, even though one takes significantly less time and effort, appears unfair to customers. This lack of pricing clarity can discourage potential customers from choosing Q Nails as they may perceive it as an unjust business practice.
In conclusion, Q Nails has several strengths, including talented technicians, affordability, attention to customer experience, and long-lasting results. However, there are also weaknesses such as inconsistent pricing, rushed service, miscommunication, and pricing discrepancies. Addressing these weaknesses can help Q Nails improve their overall business operations and customer satisfaction.

Best TL Reviews

I've been going to Q Nails since 1994. Kenny is the best ‼️ All of the nail techs are talented. Good design options and mid-level affordable. I'm never disappointed. Love getting my deluxe pedicure here too.
Wow, just wow! The atmosphere of the nail studio might be a bit bare bones but the quality of the work? Superb. I am SO glad I took a chance and gave Q Nails a shot, very pleased with the finished result!
I have been going here for a very long time now and have decided to finally write a review after my experience tonight. I ALWAYS go to get my old acrylics removed and a new set put on with JUST a solid color. It seems as if every time I go the price changes or they’re always trying to charge me extra for something. Tonight they did my nails WAY shorter than I usually have them. The owner has done my nails numerous times and they know I get SHORT almond shaped acrylics painted a solid color with gel polish, that’s it. Well I called earlier to make an appointment and he told me $50 since they have to remove the older ones and do the new ones. After she cut them way short the guy looked at them and stated I would be charged $55 because I have “medium” length nails. They explained that there was a $5 removal fee which I knew about. But were trying to charge me more for a longer length when they’re way shorter than what I usually even get! They’re not even 1/4 inch long, if that. Like I said, they did them WAY shorter this time than they usually do which I wasn’t happy about already. I have made appointments before and waited hours while they serve people that came after me. I’m sick and tired of just staying quiet and tipping like nothing is wrong. There’s ALWAYS something they’re trying to charge me for in addition to the service I get. I have spent hundreds if not more on their services. They seem nice but rush through each service and try to up charge any chance they get. I’m considering never going back and finding a new place. Which is very upsetting because they’re so close to my house and been going for years. I’m just fed up. Photos included on the VERY short nails they tried to charge more for because of the length.
Kenny did a great job giving me a beautiful tropical look for my vacation. Thank you Kenny!
They are all freindy & do great work.
I took my 6 yr old daughter there to get her nails painted while i got a fill. (we were in diff spots)They took great care of her as well as making sure she wasn't alone walking to her chair. Made this mama relieved.
I just called and asked how much it cost for cuticle care/removal, and he said $25 (even after I clarified it was not a manicure just cuticle removal). Then I asked him how much it was for just a manicure and he said it was the same price $25. To remove the cuticle only takes one tenth the amount of time as a manicure. Definitely won't be doing business here. ????
Really great place, mints on the table for everyone, good service, my nails were $85.
Always satisfied with my nails from here. They last so long and never break
