Best TL Reviews
I have been a customer here for many years. I will not be returning after my last several visits. Hannah used to be the best but knicked me so bad this last time. I suffered for days afterwards. I couldn't even play music on my guitars. Very disappointing. .
Love this place! They always hook me up and they never overcharge. I always get mine done with sns as the base.
I booked
for a deluxe pedicure and dip nails
. Quinn was very short tempered yelling at another wtechnition for some reason.my dip turned out like plastic spoons stuck on my fingers. She would do my pedicure even though called and booked with her. They are cheap but save your money. The atmosphere is horrible.
fingers.my first stop was to walk mart for clippers to cut them down.she refused to trim these thick blobs on the ends of my fingers.even after trimming I couldn't text until was able to go to another store and have them removed worst nail job ever!
Love Quinn and Hannah they're super sweet ladies! ???????? They always leave my nails looking spectacular wouldn't go anywhere else!
Queen Bee Nails is a wonderful and welcoming salon. I and a number of friends have been coming here regularly since they opened, and they have ALWAYS been courteous, skilled, and kind. And scrupulously fair and honest (reasonable prices too).
The review posted a couple of weeks ago by Lynn Saunders (August 22, below) sounds like a scam that I expect they've tried at several other salons in the area. As I noted above, Hannah and her co-workers have ALWAYS been scrupulously honest and considerate. Lynn Saunders claims her mother has "dementia"?? Really, Wrenne??? Please note that the police did NOT press charges. And several other customers who witnessed this debacle claimed Lynn and her mother were rude and aggressive. The Saunders should be ashamed of themselves. Our Vietnamese neighbors are an easy mark for these kinds of attacks.
DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE THIEVES-Today, on 8/22/20, this salon, in under 15 minutes stole my 74yo mother’s wedding ring(25k) and her sapphire-cluster diamond dinner ring. We (my friend, my mother and myself) arrived at 1:50pm(early for our 2pm appt), they said we’d have to wait til 2pm. My mother and my friend went to sit down, as I went across the street to the McDonalds to get them something cold to drink. I was back by 2:10pm. I went up to my friend and mother who were next to each other and I didn’t understand why they had my mother’s hands tucked underneath in the dryer for a acrylic refill. I didn’t understand how in under 15 minutes they had done a full refill. I asked to see my mother’s hands and noticed immediately my mother’s two rings, one on each hand were gone. I immediately asked the lady who was now working on my friend’s manicure, where my mother’s rings were. She said my mother didn’t have rings on, my friend and I both looked at the staff person and said yes she did. My mother then looked at the staff and said, “you told me to remove my rings before you sanded down the refill acrylic, so I did, and put them on the towel next to my hand being worked by you. Then you told me to go wash them, and now they are gone.” The thief didn’t even look for them. She continued to deny my mother had them on. I told her I wanted to see the video to prove that my mother had them on, the thief said video wasn’t working. I said I wasn’t leaving until I had my mother’s rings and I was going to call the cops. The thief had the audacity to threaten me and say if I called the police, they would file charges for scaring their customers away(which no one was leaving bcus they were shocked by the argument). I called the police and filed a complaint and next week I will file charges through an attorney. They are so brazen, people! Thieves!!!! BE AWARE!!!! They take advantage of the elderly!!!! And DO NOT DESERVE YOUR PATRONAGE!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I am so mad!!!!
Great service. It was a little slow but the staff was friendly. Very affordable prices too
