Quick Facts About Queen Nails
Queen Nails, based on the comments provided, has several strengths and weaknesses. It is important to note that the comments present a range of experiences, so not all comments may apply to every visit.
Strengths:
1. Positive recommendations: One commenter states that they have been to Queen Nails multiple times and always had a great experience. They specifically mention the great service and wonderful staff. This suggests that the salon has the ability to provide good service to some customers.
2. Spacious and clean: A comment mentions that the shop is spacious and clean. This is an important strength as cleanliness is crucial for a nail salon. A clean environment helps to prevent infections and ensures a pleasant experience for customers.
3. Attention to detail: Another comment highlights the technicians' attention to detail. This indicates that the salon strives to provide quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.
Weaknesses:
1. Poor cleanliness: Multiple comments mention issues with cleanliness such as toenails on the floor, dirty mirrors, and baseboards that seemed like they had never been cleaned. This suggests a lack of attention to cleanliness, which can be a major problem in a nail salon where hygiene is essential.
2. Long wait times: A customer comments about having to wait for a significantly longer time than anticipated, indicating possible issues with managing appointments efficiently. Long wait times can frustrate customers and lead to dissatisfaction.
3. Rushed service: Several comments mention feeling rushed during their appointments. Rushed service can result in a lack of attention to detail, uneven nails, and a lower quality of work overall.
4. Inadequate customer service: A customer shares an experience where the staff made judgmental comments about the state of their nails and failed to listen to their preferences. This indicates a lack of professionalism and a failure to provide good customer service.
5. Durability of nails: Two separate comments mention issues with the longevity of nail services. One customer's nails started to look like craters within three hours, while another customer's nails fell off within a week. This suggests potential problems with the quality of products or application techniques.
6. Pricing: One comment mentions the outrageous prices compared to other salons, which, combined with the poor quality of service, makes the pricing seem unfair and unfavorable.
In conclusion, Queen Nails has several weaknesses that should be addressed to improve the overall customer experience. These include addressing cleanliness issues, reducing wait times, ensuring thorough and attentive service, and providing better customer service. However, it is worth noting that there are also positive comments regarding the spacious and clean environment, as well as the attention to detail exhibited by some technicians. Nonetheless, improvements in these areas are necessary for Queen Nails to regain the trust and satisfaction of its customers.

I had the shortest pedicure I've ever received at this establishment. After sitting in my seat for a few minutes, I wasn't upset about it. The floors had multiple toenails all over the floor, not from me. After getting my pedicure, I saw someone sit in the same chair that I had and nobody cleaned out the tub section. They just refilled it. The carpet, mirrors, and baseboards looked as though they were never cleaned. My friend that came along questioned the utensils used to cut her cuticles because they weren't taken out of the sterile packaging. They stated they were sterile, but who knows. The back door by the pedicure area was open for their employees to smoke, in which you could smell the smoke while sitting there. I'm nervous I'll get an infection after going there.
I had an appointment at 1:00 Thursday this week and I sat in a chair for almost over in hour. I sat longer waiting than I did actually getting my nails done, and it felt rushed. I wasn’t even home for 3 hours and my nails started to look like craters (1st photo) and I had to call and fight for a spot for the next day just to get them fix.
Here is the end result of me coming back a SECOND time. The lady never asked me if I liked them or thought they were even. Again I felt rushed. I will not be coming back.
I went to a different nail salon the day of homecoming with my aunt. the nails were $60 for a full set, and lasted 2 weeks before starting to fall off. my mom took me to get my nails touched up here so they would look better and they're already falling off. it hasn't even more than a week. I'm extremely disappointed because I love my nails.
when I got them done, it was rushed and the nails weren't even. they were rough as well. I have severe social anxiety so it was hard for me to even say anything without stuttering or having to repeat myself because I was a.) too quiet or b.) talked too fast/stuttered too much. my nails were done so much better at the first place I went to. they felt like actual nails instead of fake ones.
another thing, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. $45 for 2 new nails, fillings, and paint?? I could get the supplies off of Amazon for $30. my aunt got 2 nails, filling, and paint for $20 or less. the nails were extremely rushed and rough at the end of the session. I've been at this salon before as a child and it wasn't this bad. I'm disappointed and will never be coming back. I would rather have short and painful nails than whatever I have now. do better.
For how long i have been going and trying places to get my nails done, this by far the best one. It’s the third time that i came back here and it’s always a 10/10 for me.
Great service and wonderful staff. I had a friend recommend going here and I have been very happy. I highly recommend them.
I can say I should have stuck with my normal place. The acetone was left on so long my fingers were getting warm and burning. I have sensitive nails and kept saying to be careful but didn't matter. I have old polish still showing really messy looking, new polish on my hands and bubbles on the new color.
If I could rate them a zero star I would. I would never go back and I would never recommend anyone to go there. I had the worst experience of my life today. I asked for my old gel nails removed, a manicure, and to get my regular nails painted. The man up front asked me where I had previously gotten my nails done and he announced to everyone that they were ugly. After that I sat there with the woman who kept telling me that I shouldnt get regular paint and that I needed to get a dip or shelac done. I told her numerous times that I didn't want that and she kept insisting. She then pushed my cuticals back and clipped my nails and called it a freaking manicure. She didn't even file my nails no massage no lotion! My nails are completely uneven and super sharp. She then proceeded to ask me to pay before she was even finished. I paid and still tipped 20% because I didn't realize she was actually finished with the manicure part. I come from working in the service industry so whe someone does a good job I always tip well over 20%. She then moved me from the table and painted my nails in a rush not even at a table just over by the dryer and they were all bubbled up and you could see through the color. This was the absolute worst experience of my life at a nail salon EVER. I do not recommend them to anyone! I have never written a bad review before and I have had other bad experiences. This was by far the worst from any experience I have ever had in any kind of service industry.
I love my nails! Shop is spacious and clean. Techs are polite and have great attention to detail :)
