Quick Facts About Queen's Nails
Queen's Nails place has a mix of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Here is a detailed analysis:
Strengths:
1. Pedicures: Several customers praised the pedicure services at Queen's Nails place, describing them as great, clean, and well-done. The atmosphere was also described as cozy and elegant, creating a pleasant experience for customers.
2. Skilled Technicians: Some comments highlighted the skills of specific nail technicians, such as Candy and Tony, who provided excellent service and took their time to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Long-Lasting Nails: One customer mentioned that their nails from Queen's Nails lasted a month without chipping, breaking, or falling off. This indicates good quality nail products and application techniques.
Weaknesses:
1. Slow Service: Multiple customers complained about slow service at Queen's Nails. One customer mentioned waiting for an hour before receiving any service, while another mentioned a 2.5-hour wait for a pedicure. These delays can be frustrating for customers and lead to dissatisfaction.
2. Inconsistent Treatment: One customer felt that certain customers were favored by the salon owner, influencing the order of service. This perceived bias, whether based on race or any other factor, can create a negative atmosphere and impact customer experiences.
3. Thin and Breakable Acrylic/SNS: Another weakness mentioned by a customer was the thinness and breakability of acrylic and SNS (Signature Nail System). The customer mentioned that the salon blamed them or their "bad nails" instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issues. This lack of accountability can be off-putting for customers.
4. Pricey Services: One comment mentioned that Queen's Nails place is pricey. This can deter price-sensitive customers or make them feel like they are not getting enough value for their money.
5. Negative Experiences: Some customers shared negative experiences, such as bleeding during nail and pedicure services, messy nail polish application, and digging fingers into the skin. These incidents can significantly impact customer satisfaction and perception of the salon's professionalism.
In conclusion, Queen's Nails place has strengths in terms of quality pedicures, skilled technicians, and long-lasting nails. However, it also has weaknesses in terms of slow service, inconsistent treatment, thin and breakable acrylic/SNS, higher prices, and negative experiences reported by some customers. It is crucial for the salon to address these weaknesses and consistently provide a positive customer experience to strengthen its reputation and attract a diverse range of customers.

Went to Queens today to get a fill. Got there at 9:30 am. Sat there for an hour, watching people come in for services and getting services immediately. They had me just sitting there. After an hour of waiting, I was finally approached by a tech to receive services. It turns out that they waited until a student came in before servi es could be given. I have been treated this way before, but have tried to ignore it. This owner seems to favor certain customers. Today, I didn't feel like dealing with this treatment. I apologized to the student, (not her fault) and left. There was no reason for this type of treatment. I've been to Queens for nail services before and have always been kind to whoever serviced me and always gave a generous tip. I don't want to believe it was for a stupid reason (like race???), but it seems to be the case. At any rate, if you are a person of col, don't bother with this salon.
Quality work 7/10, it’s typically good work but acrylic and sns tend to be super thin and easy to break. They will not fix them for free even if it’s the same day, they will blame you or blame your ‘bad nails’ LOL
Very slow, very pricey.
Pedicures are great. Clean, updated, cozy, almost elegant atmosphere.
Candy did my nails and she was absolutely fantastic! She took her time and did them exactly how I asked. We had such a great conversation and I really felt so good when I walked out the door. It felt like I was talking to a good friend. I really love when people try to connect with you and you don't feel like a dollar sign. Candy at Queen's did exactly that and I will go again for sure. I highly highly recommend Candy at Queen's.
About a month ago just getting around to review. Worst experience I’ve ever had at queens, usually it goes very well., the tech doing my nails & pedicure brought blood. To both. She said I had a ingrown on my foot . I have never had any ever. Then on my nails more bleeding. Very disappointed. Was a new girl I never saw before. Hate to even go back except for my eyebrows wax.
I've been to the beach twice since these were done, and as you can see the nails are still in great shape. This is a wonderful location whose workers do a great job. The last time I had a pedicure (NOT HERE) was three years ago. It took over 2 years to get rid of the infection in my big toe, and I ended up losing half of the nail. It has finally grown back, but I've been scared yo go anywhere for a pedicure. After several recommendations I came to Queen's nails and was not disappointed. Linn (sorry, I don't remember how to spell her name, just how it sounded), was very gentle and did an excellent job cleaning and reshaping the nail and skin of my big toe. I wish that I had a before and after picture so you could see how much work she did. If you're in the area, (whether you're local or just visiting) be sure to stop by. But go early. They fill up quickly! Great job Queen's Nails!
Don't bother with a pedicure unless you want your feet to bleed, she also dug her finger nails into my skin to the point I pulled my foot back. Nail polish was messy and on my skin. One of the worst experience I've had ever. And all this after a 2.5 hour wait.
I love this place the guy (tony) is who did my nails. Super mellow atmosphere very funny playful staff very professional as well affordable too!!! Fast!!!! I’ll be going here from now on for all my needs
I went to a different salon and was not really satisfied with the work. Came here when it was time for fills and was SUPER SATISFIED with the work. The nails lasted a month and NEVER chipped, broke or fell off. I lost track of when to get fills. When I did get them redone, again it was a month before I went back. AWESOME WORK! You have a customer for life!
