This is not only my favorite salon, but my entire family’s! We’ve been going here for years and are always treated with nothing but kindness. Annie treats her customers and employees with great care. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this salon. Very kind and professional employees. Catered to my individual needs. Made sure I was comfortable. Asked my opinion on how my nails looked throughout the whole application. Didn’t just wait. Until the end. Very relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 will definitely be going back. High quality work. Where do I begin? Other than I love this place!! Annie is an amazing business owner. Her and her staff are always super friendly and professional. I recommend Red Lotus to all my friends and coworkers.
Eva always does my nails. She is passionate about her work and takes her time. She takes a little longer than the other girls but it’s well worth it! I never feel rushed and I love our conversations. My BFF always gets her nails done by Judy, who she absolutely loves! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Best place ever!
I was at red lotus to get a pedicure for a wedding I was going to. The lady who did my nails accidentally cut my big toe when clipping my nails. I understand that was an accident and that can happen. I got the callous remover which burned my skin. Again I know that is strong stuff and maybe my skin is sensitive. The part that bothers me was I spent $35 (I had a $10 gift card) on pedicure with callous remover and my polish was chipping off by day 5. This is the first time I have ever had a pedicure that only looked good for 5 days. Typically they last at least 2 weeks-month. Disappointed and won’t be back to this spot.
My Mom, sister and I discovered Red Lotus Nails years ago & it’s now the ONLY salon we’ll ever go to. From the moment you enter, you are greeted and treated so warmly by staff: The owner, Annie, is incredible and simply lovely. We’re especially appreciative of how lovingly all staff treats our elderly mother who is so happy getting her mani/pedi here! We get our ANC nails done by Eva. Her attention to detail is unmatched and our nails last and look beautiful each time. Love our pedis and sometimes treat ourselves to the longer massage. If you have the time, it’s worth it!! The salon is always clean and safe. I love getting gift cards here for friends too. Can’t recommend Red Lotus Nails high enough!
Love this salon! I have tried other places and I always end up coming back. My nails always last for 2+ weeks. The staff is so great, always friendly and accommodating. I recommend it to anyone I know. Best in Clifton park!
