The store is keep super clean I went in with high expectations...the woman who was assisting me had an horrible attitude after browsing their selection I found their items to be quite over priced in comparison to the other 10 beauty suppliers on Bailey Avenue. Unfortunately I didn't purchase anything and decided to spend my hard earned cash elsewhere. I'm hoping the ROSE BEAUTY associates realize their attitudes need readjusting.

Very interesting store. If anyone need any rare items just look at this store. Hopefully 80% you can rich the products. Really I recommend .☆☆☆☆☆5

Very rude and r8cisf! One day they allow you to shop. The next they harass you and tell you to leave your bag up front even after following you around the store. I will never come again. And they didn’t even have the body product anymore.

I like that this store is always neat and clean. It's very easy to find what you're looking for. It's brightly lit. The prices are displayed correctly, and the store employee that helped me was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. But I did see the same products I purchased here, cheaper in other stores, but you can't get a cash refund here, only store credit. I will still shop here, but I will do price comparisons first

I enjoy shopping there. It's less crowded then the other hair stores on Bailey. It's neat and organized. Most of the staff that helps with the wigs are friendly and patient. Yes, the prices are higher then the other stores, but it's worth it not to have to deal with the crowds and confusion like the other stores on Bailey.

Very clean good service but they almost NEVER have what im looking for when im in a tight spot. They are closer then others hair stores. So almost everytime I have to ride down Bailey to find what I need ????

Very rude to other other customers. Calling them B's and crack heads. No knowledge on the products they sale. It always smell like someone poured gasoline all over the store. A lot of things are over priced
