Vinh hooked my up. Love my nails love the quality. I had a lot of questions and he was patient enough to answer me and help me.
Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs. I am not a nail person but for prom I thought that I would get acrylics done. They were growing out and I went to T&T nails to get them filed down. When I arrived they told me that they don't file nails down but they will fill them in with more gel. I told them very nicely that gel wasn't what I wanted and they insisted that gel was the only way they would do it. After two minutes, they agreed to do what I asked. Then the woman that was assigned to do my nails took me to her table and told me that gel was the best way. When I repeatedly expressed that gel was not what I wanted, she told me that my nails would look bad without gel. She then picked up the biggest dremel and hacked away at my nails, which i should mention, I paid $60 for. She shaped them unevenly and there were huge craters and divots in my nails. If that wasn't bad enough, she filed them at all different lengths and they weren't straight. Then she used the nail polish color I suggested and there were all sorts of problems with the way she applied it. There were bubbles in the manicure, there were parts of my nails she didn't paint at all and she didn't use a base coat or a clear top coat. I left having been charged 20 dollars and was so upset with my nails that I went back twenty minutes later to ask for a refund. The salon was super rude about refunding and insisted that I let them fix my nails, which that woman DESTROYED. I refused many times and after five minutes I was given my money back. I went to another salon and they spent an hour fixing what this salon destroyed. I am horrified by how poor the quality of the manicure and service was and advise everyone to go anywhere else for nail care because all these people care about is making 60 dollars for gel manicures and not about doing what the customers ask for.
I have been going to this nail salon since 2008, the owner Kelly is phenomenal, professional, so kind. I am sorry to write this about her business but the culture today was toxic. . I no longer live in town but was visiting family and came here to get a gel manicure/fill. I was given Jenny as my nail stylist although I had never had her before. This did not bother me because I have genuinely had such positive experiences with most of the women and men that work here for such a long time. But, this woman’s customer service skills are absolutely awful. She made my entire experience extremely uncomfortable as she was scoffing and shaking her head and my previous manicure, shaming me. She could not get past it. She proceeded to talk about it with several of the other stylists making fun of the job I got in the town I reside in, and then tried to upsell me on getting an acrylic set of nails after she destroyed the the thin layer on my nails. It was so uncomfortable and ridiculous, I almost walked out. This continued as I left as the stylists made several efforts to ask me EXACTLY where I got my nails done previously. Never will I go back, and this is the only instance I’ll “shame” them
Called two days in advance to schedule two pedicures under my name at 11:00am. Called the day before to confirm the time, and they confirmed they had two appts under my name at 11:00am. Got there 5 minutes before and they said they only had one scheduled and would see what they could do. After 15 minutes they said there is a breakfast shop a few doors down and that they can call when they were ready. My mother waited at the salon, at which point it was 11:40 and they were only able to get one of us in. Don't waste your time or money coming here.
Probably one of the worst pedicures i have ever gotten. We got here at 5:25 and i was out by 5:42. She was extremely rushed and rude the whole time. People were here getting pedicures before me and i finished before them. she didn't do my cuticles at all. The customer service was awful. I won't be going back here, you get your nails done for relaxation and i felt stressed.
They also have no place to dry your nails so i left wet. And my nails are messed up. $30 dollars for a rushed pedi with zero customer service.
I was very rushed throughout my whole appointment even though I called ahead of time. Nothing about it was relaxing. The skin around my nail beds was very irritated when I left. She missed the sides of my nails when she painted them and was not listening to my requests. They also make up a different price for manicures every time.
I went here on Sunday July 23rd, for a gel manicure, my appointment was for 1:00, she did not get to me until 1:30pm, and was finished by 2.00pm, what a lousy job, had to get them don't over this past Sunday. she hardly put any gel on my nails and never bother to put top coat on. NEVER AGAIN, A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! (The lady at table #6)
My mother is very picky when it comes to doing her nails and she loves this place!
