What a great little pub! There was a warm and friendly atmosphere with a very good choice of food on the menu, and the proportions were great. And the beer was good too. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
Great Sunday lunch, heard a lot about it but never got there untill this week, we sat in the public bar as restaurant booked out but lovely local pub atmosphere and food was first class and good value for money, well worth a visit but if on a Sunday need to book first

Today I attended my great uncles wake here. The staff and service was impeccable. It was very busy we packed the pub out. The food looked and tasted wonderful. Thank you to everyone at the Rose and Crown. Would definitely recommend this place. I can't rate it high enough ????
We rang on the off chance of a table for lunch and was offered a table in the bar by the window. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning ????????
