Get the lady’s name who did my nails but this is quite sad honestly this is the last time I visit the salon. I had. Previous blue nail polish on my natural nails because I wanted to let them breathe after months of not going to get them done. She. Poorly removed the blue which just made the whole nail messy, I asked if she could remove it better before laying the acrylic because It would’ve stay stained. She didn’t cut or prep my nails before the start or clean under my nails anything, I asked for like the 4th time if she could remove the blue that was still showing after the set was done and she was clearly getting bothered, I am paying for a service it is not free. So I feel like I have say in what I want done? She processed to say it doesn’t matter, but I wanted a Light nail color without blue hue on my cuticles she said mr cuticle was thick and that she did not cut them because it was not a manicure I was paying for, but I mean cuticle removing/excess skin. Is part of a full set? She was also saying that why not get gel which I did not want, she said it was only a little more money , money isn’t the issue im paying for what I want and how I want it done Right. The shape of the nails was nice, but she’s to cocky with it and doesn’t pay Mind to detail, the nails a were super messy and she was rushing it I guess because of how simple the work was to her. Very upsetting experience, I do recommend Kim. And the owner she is quite friendly the nails I’d give 0 and her attentiveness and passion in work 0. I did not tip at all. I tip well when service is done right..
I went in 2 hours before they were to close so I don't think rushing was the reason for this disaster. The tech Tuan was quiet and nice but his work was mediocre at best and he made several of my fingers bleed. My left hand ring finger was the worse. It wouldn't stop bleeding and he kept dabbing at it with a cotton ball but it just kept leaking. My finger is swollen and black and blue. I got my nails done for a special weekend and instead spent it hiding my nail and winching in pain every time I touched something. I paid $30 for a very painful experience and recieved no apology at all.
Scheduled an appointment for my daughter's and I, and we left satisfied. Jenny, was friendly and accommodating, she arranged our appointment. My daughter's and I got a full gel set with two nail designs, pedicure, and eyebrows. The pedicure was performed in sanitary conditions. I think I finally found a place to come to frequently! Not Happy with the service provided. Very rude the man had the nerve to dismiss everything i asked of him saying he knew what i needed then had the nerve to ask me if i spoke english as if i wasnt being clear enough. Not professional at all.
Will not be going there ever again. Chopped up my nails after i grew them out only to try to put acrylics on my fingers and then filing my nail leaving my nail beds raw. Made my thumb nail look like giant toe nails. Disgusting
They did a great job on my wife's manicure and pedicure.
My nail tech always does such a great job! This is my 3rd time coming here and I’m never disappointed! I’ll be coming here everytime. ❤️
It was my first time there and the worker Danny was very kind and friendly, made me feel very welcome. I also appreciate them squeezing me in late, and I’m very grateful for them staying longer than the closing time to make sure my nails came out great regardless. Would definitely come again, thank you.
I had the pleasure of meeting Don here and he did an amazing job on my pedicure. He was also very attentive and has great social skills. Thank you Don for a great experience I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. The place was very nice and clean.
