She is patient, incredibly creative and educated, and literally the kindest person you will every meet. She is constantly keeping up with the latest trends and styles. I get so excited for my appointments as I know I will be pampered and leave feeling beautiful, uplifted and inspired! If you have not been here yet, you need to! Such a beautiful setting and the kindest and most talented staff. Sorassa, the owner, is one of the most genuine people I know and has been cutting my hair for over 10 years! I’m so grateful to have found her and even when I lived all over the country I would make sure to get in for an appt whenever I was home- she’s that good and no one else compares! She’s so fashionable and knowledgeable on the latest trends and styles while also balancing that with a classic style. And she is the most calming, motivating and encouraging person to get your hair done by! Cannot recommend her or Salon No. 5 enough!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ryan. I have extremely thick and challenging curly hair. I’ve been to other stylists and they just don’t know how to tackle my hair. Ryan takes the time to get it right (and with the amount of hair I have it definitely TAKES TIME!). She never rushes, and always offers styling tips, professional suggestions and I trust her completely to make me look and feel beautiful. it’s to the point that when I visit her I always just say “just make me beautiful” and I fully trust her to do whatever she wants and I’ve NEVER been disappointed. She’s a color genius. I drive over an hour to see her because she’s just that great, and I’m so excited she’s now at Salon 5 because it’s such a gorgeous and glamorous atmosphere. My daughter (9 years old) has also just recently begun seeing her and she had a blast at the salon last month. Ryan is great with kids, and with the candy treats, coloring books and cool, hip atmosphere -she was able to stay entertained while still feeling like she was part of a cool “girl’s day” experience.
