Went over and got my ears lowered by Kevin yesterday, absolutely amazing service. So good, that I made another appointment for a month out. It's hard to find a good haircut in a little city, and this place definitely gives them. I would have given them five stars, but the barber shop smells like a locker room.
First off, I’d like to say I really liked the people and environment here at Sammy’s. However, I’m very dissatisfied with my haircut. To start, none of the sides of my haircut were blended in, and there was a blatant bald spot left on the back of my head that the barber didn’t even tell me about. Judging off their previous reviews, I’m assuming this was just a one-time mistake. Unfortunately it was a poor experience, and definitely hurts my confidence the way I look.
Normally I don’t leave bad reviews, but this is an exception. I came here as a first time customer and requested my hair to be cut a certain way. Instead, I received one of the worst haircuts that didn’t even look half finished. When I asked for it to be fixed I was told there wasn’t enough time and they proceeded to charge me for the haircut. After the appointment I went straight to a different barber to get it fixed.
Terrance I believe was his name was so patient with my autistic son and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back he was just the sweetest gentleman I met their very down to earth love it. Thank you for being patient with my son.
It's my sons favorite spot to get his hair cut. Sarah knows exactly how he likes his cut. Great place!
My son and my man come here for their cuts. On occasion if you call early enough you can get a walk in. Good service, worth the price. They mostly see Kevin and he does well.
They were able to get us a same day appointment for our son. He went from a home cut mess to walking out with his head held high. Great shop with unique atmosphere and reasonable prices.
I went in for a haircut and Kevin did an amazing job. I definitely recommend him and this place and will be returning ????
