Great experience. Clean atmosphere, great service. They did a great job on my walk-in pedicure and did the design just like my inspo photo. They have massage chairs while your feet soak in a jet pool below. They do the whole shebang with lotions and steam and everything! Would recommend scheduling an appointment if you can to make sure you can get in and out right away. They did a great job!
The owner did my full set & the shaping was horrible and all eat up & some of my nails were short and long! This was the worst experience ever, I showed the lady what I wanted and she said she could do it exactly like the picture but she screwed my nails up & then got a attitude because I told her I didn’t like them! Wouldn’t recommend going there , they are beginners! & wouldn’t even soak them off for free!
This was the worse nail salon that i have ever went to the lady rushed on my nails. I asked to take the nails off she made my finger bleed, then proceeded to keep going by adding glue on my bloody finger. She was so rough with my hands. This was nothing like i asked for and i asked if she could do this and she said yes and it looks nothing like what i asked for. She was so rough with the filer that it hurt so bad around my cuticles. My mom also asked for her nails to be shorter and the man that was doing her nails caught a attitude and walked away. This was by far the worse experience ever. If i could give zero stars i would but sadly i cannot.
If I could give negative stars, then I would!! I would definitely not recommend going there if you don’t want someone trying to rush on your nails so that they can take as many customers as they can with TWO WORKERS!!! There is a reason why they only have 2.8 stars so don’t even try to give them the benefit of the doubt! DONT GO, PERIOD!
Terrible. Go at your own risk. I had to repeatedly tell the tech to file my toenails. I wanted the dip powder removed and another tech placed my fingers in the acetone solution so long that it damage my nails and dried up my skin around the nail. I decided not to get the dip powder service because of the condition of my nail. The owner, Jade came over and begin to remove the dip powder from the opposite hand. I told her that I want clear polish on my nails.
She reach over to get the nail polish to began polishing and I stopped her because she had not cleaned the residue from my hands nor did she file my nails. When I brought this to her attention she actually told me they do not file nails. She told the technician to put my shoes on. Owner brought up a sign on her phone and showed me the message that read “we have the right to deny services…………. Well I had already told them to forget about it. Sooo unprofessional. An unbelievable experience.
With the many nail salons popping up in the Pooler area, this establishment will always be my go-to! They always will fit you in, and make sure you are very satisfied. Very positive and clean environment!

Not very professional. While I was receiving a wax, the waxer said to me that the lady who just walked in sounded "too picky" and she didn't want to do her nails bc she was "having a good day." The lady who had just walked in was my MOTHER. I received no apology. Then she spilled wax on my hair and my arm.
The nail technician was alright, but she nipped my mom's skin a few times while clipping her nails and cuticles, and didn't seem to notice even when my mother said that she nipped her. They also didn't sanitize the nail clippers between her and me. So I would assume they never clean them. The lady who waxed me also did my toenails and was texting during my service.
Everything cost $88, and while the services themselves were fine, I wouldn't say getting insulted was worth the $88.
Not coming back.
