It took 4x and I still did not leave with what I wanted. they said that they can't use any more chemicals on my hair. They colored &frosted it. Then they put more bleach on it to try to fix the color that got into the light hair. Then they frosted & colored it all over again to no avail. And then the next day I went back again for them to fix the choppy color. My original Pic in b/w shirt. Anna was new. I think she should have been honest and said that she didn't think she could get me the look again that I was looking for. Madeline was the one who took over after the second try and tried to fix it but that's also how I ended up with the choppy color at the back. This took approximately 4 to 5 hours of my time over 2 days and I am not very happy right now. Yeah my hair is colored but it's not the way I wanted it and now I'm told it's extremely damaged from all of their attempts of trying to fix it.THEN.... Madeline had to cut my hair to remove the damage. I didn't want s haircut!! And then Madeline who is the owner's daughter kept saying things to make me feel bad like it's my choice of color that blood. Well the stylist should have shared with me. Then it's my fault because on the 3rd attempt Madeline was late taking her daughter to Girl Scouts trying to fix my hair. I'm sorry. Then she tells me when I have to come back the next day that she's coming in early to take care of me. Again. So sorry. Then after she finishes up the hair she said that they lost money on me. Again so sorry. But it's not my fault. This place just left a horrible taste in my mouth.
I highly recommend Madeline. She has been my hairstylist for years. She has become a dear friend who listens to fulfill every wish for the next hair color or style .

Madeline has been most flexible to accommodated my crazy schedule and even extended her services to cut my mother’s hair in a long term facility.

Madeline did an amazing job!! I got “the works”…color, highlights, cut, blowout, style. I was a new customer and she took the time to find out exactly what I wanted, give some consulting advice, and delivered exactly what she said she would…and then some!! I love it! I was coming off of a bad experience at another salon, and Beauty Co. Salon and Spa was very welcoming to a new client, nice and clean, and an overall wonderful experience. I’ve already booked my return visit! If you’re looking for a new salon, I give Madeline 5 stars! She said she is accepting new customers…give her a call! She rocks!
Idk what any issues anyone has had, I have been coming here since before they moved to the new location, and Madeline has always made my hair look amazing. I’ve been going to her since I was in high school, and haven’t let another stylist touch my hair since. Amazing company, amazing stylist, I love what they do! Highly recommend!!
I have been going to Beauty Company for about 25 years? Idk. I lost count really. I don't recall who did my nails a few times yet they were ALL superb!! Mainly, I go because Madeline styles my hair. If you are a person like me that must be an advocate for the most important areas of my life and for my family. Then you will understand that you must choose professionals in their field you can trust and can tell are serious about their career choice Also, you feel confident enough that they will make the best creative, caring decisions for you. All they need are some bits of information from you and, armed with that, can carry on with creating the vision you set in their capable hands. That said, you must also be prepared to give a little. Some things are not as precise as you might think. There may have been some last minute changes. I'm grateful I have hair still with the many health issues I am working to live through. And do it gracefully? HA!! So, with Madeline and me it's easy. I show her some ideas I found about color. She says ya or no or we'll see, I have something in mind. And that's it. Then, when that's done..."Just cut what I think looks great, right, Licia?" "Of course." I say. That was today. I adore my hair!!!
Beautiful ambiance and service is fantastic! I’ve been going to my hairstylist, Sandy, for over 25 years and she has helped me extensively with thinning hair. I’ve also had my makeup done for special occasions and the artist, Madeline, was amazing! I felt so beautiful!
I have been coming here for years. Their staff is friendly and attentive to my needs and wants. I have had my hair dyed, highlighted, cut, and trimmed and have always walked out happy. Maggie is my go to stylist. She has a great personality, understanding of my wants, and has never let me down. I will keep coming back !!!
I was thrilled to find my stylist working here after losing track of her for a long time. A nice place but it does get loud when busy. I'm still getting used to getting my hair cut in what used to be a Jiffy Lube!
