Quick Facts About Sassy Nails and Spa
Sassy Nails and Spa is a nail salon in Kenosha that has received a mix of positive and negative reviews. In order to assess its strengths and weaknesses, let's examine the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, customers consistently praise the quality of the nail services provided by the technicians at Sassy Nails and Spa. The first comment states that Nina always does a great job on nails, while Kent is commended for his pedicure skills. The salon's ability to consistently deliver professional and clean-looking nails demonstrates their expertise and attention to detail.
Another key strength highlighted by multiple customers is the cleanliness of the salon. One reviewer mentions going to the salon for years and it always being very clean. Cleanliness is an essential aspect of a successful nail salon, as it contributes to the overall customer experience and reinforces a sense of professionalism and hygiene.
The friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff at Sassy Nails and Spa is also highlighted by customers. The second comment emphasizes that the staff are friendly and honest folk, which adds to the positive atmosphere and makes customers feel comfortable and appreciated.
Customer orientation and effective communication are additional strengths of Sassy Nails and Spa. The review mentions that the owner, Nina, is customer-oriented and willing to accommodate specific requests. This level of attentiveness demonstrates a commitment to meeting customer needs and preferences, which is crucial for building long-lasting relationships with clients.
Furthermore, the ability to find a new nail technician who meets the customer's specific requirements is seen as a positive aspect of Sassy Nails and Spa. Customers appreciate the salon's ability to match them with a technician who can deliver the desired results. This personalization establishes trust and loyalty between the customer and the salon.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one negative comment highlights a disappointing experience with a manicure. The commenter mentions issues with the cuticles and nails lifting shortly after the service. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and quality control, which can have a significant impact on customer satisfaction.
The limited ability of the salon to fulfill specific nail art requests is another weakness mentioned in one comment. A customer showed a picture and requested a daily nails art style, but had to settle for sunflower stickers instead. The inability to deliver on specific requests can be frustrating for customers, especially when they have a clear vision for their nails.
Inconsistency in the quality of services is also a weakness, as seen in the mixed experience with the pedicure. Although the nails were satisfactory, the pedicure could have been better. Consistency is crucial for customer satisfaction and loyalty, and inconsistencies can lead to a loss of trust and long-term commitment.
In conclusion, Sassy Nails and Spa has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. The salon consistently delivers professional and clean-looking nails, maintains a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and demonstrates customer orientation. However, there are weaknesses, such as inconsistent service quality, a limited ability to fulfill specific requests, and issues with attention to detail. These weaknesses should be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience and maintain the salon's reputation in the Kenosha area.

Nina always does such a great job on my nails ! Kent always does a great job on my pedicures ! This is by far my favorite nail salon to go to. Been going here for years and it’s always very clean and they’re all so friendly and welcoming ! Best place in Kenosha by far !
I love this place. Go here all the time to get a mani/pedi. They do a great job. My nails look professional and clean when they are done. Not a single bad experience with anyone. The staff are friendly and just honest folk.
I have never had my nails done before. the people here were polite, friendly and really good at conversations I had a really good time. Would highly recommend.
Make sure you park on the road or in the parking lot though. Not at O'Reilly's or the apartment complex, the parking lots in the back.
Clean and friendly place. The owner Nina is very nice and very customer oriented. I came and showed her my current set and asked if she had a tech that could
do the same kind of work (I am a stickler for shape and so far some places in Kenosha have not delivered on shape let alone design)!! So she said she did believe she had the tech for me so I made an appt and upon my arrival I got paired with Brittany and babbyyyyyy I’ve officially found a new nail tech and a new nail place.

Nina is amazing. I had the dip done and I am very experienced with this being a former nail tech myself. I couldn't be happier with my nails. Pedicure could've been better but that was done by a different nail tech. I will be going back!!!!
Really disappointed with the manicure I had done. Original manicure was done by Mike. Simple full set acrylics. First off, he absolutely tore up my cuticles to the point of them bleeding. I don't get my nails done often but I've never had this issue in the past. Then, within 6 days, 1 nail came off and the others were lifting. I work in retail so I don't do much with my hands. Called and they were able to get me in the same day to "fix" them. Their version of fixing was redoing the nail that came off and then just adding glue to the others. 2 days later, the reglued nails were lifting again. I paid $98 for my full set with 1 nail design and a pedicure. I will definitely never be going back to this salon, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I'm not sure about the other nail artists there but Mike definitely needs to be retrained or something.
The nail technician was friendly and was knowledgeable. She did what I wanted and was still great when I accidentally smudged my gel polish (bless her!) We will definitely be back.
I really wanted to like this place because they seem so friendly, the kind of place that knows customers by name.I had asked the guy before he even started if he could do a dally nails art style like the picture I showed him. After he had painted them he pulls out this box of stickers and I had to settle for sunflowers. The paint job isn’t the greatest because it’s already started to lift off the nail the day after them being done. I was charged 50 for a fill, one nail fix and four stickers. Smh
