I take back my one star review! Jesus, jay jay and the team were awesome even after I was being rude, there was a mix up with book times due to the system and having a new barber. Jesus called me and explained what was happening. He’s customer service was immaculate. They took care of me and the hair cut from jay jay was like Jesus did it himself. I want to apologize to the team there. Keep up the great work!

The whole barber place is bad and time management is not there. Do not recommend. Also don’t get Jose as a barber, he messed me up my haircut and doesn’t even know how to blend.

Jesus is the best barber hands down, always comes through with his appointments, very professional and makes you feel like family, had to get an emergency haircut early in the morning and he came in a bit early To accommodate my needs, I highly recommend headquarters barbershop to everyone and especially Jesus ???????? They will not disappoint ????????

Great experience. The place is set up for the younger man, with the background music and all and the two young men working on the day I was there were dressed in street attire, no smocks. But, I was treated to a very good haircut and treated with respect and politeness from both of the young men. Jesus was my Barber and I have spoken to several of my friends and family about the establishment and given all my recommendation. Even though I didn't care for the music, this old man will return to" Headquarters Barbershop " for my next haircut. Great job Guys!

Been going to jesus for a long time now and his brother they were first barbershop to actually go into i’ve been going with his jesus since a kid and same thing with his brother flavio 10/10 would recommend-Axel

Flavio did not acknowledge he had n appointment at 9:35am we waited for 15 min went to ask him how much longer would it take for him to be done with the haircut he was doing he said he just started it was 9:55am by this time he said “my bad” low customer skills. Definitely do NOT recommend him.

This place will cut your hair if they like you but if they don't agree with your appearance they make it very well known. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs, there are plenty of other places to get a haircut without hatred. Hair is hair, but hatred is disgusting.

Unreliable/poor customer service.

Scheduled appointment online, barber "Juice" didn't show up. The barbers that were there didn't want to do my son's hair, made him wait 1.5 hrs for "the next guy thats available" telling him "it will be a few more minutes"

Not going back, not worth the wait.
