However, there are also weaknesses, such as potential communication issues, cash-only payments, and the limited range of styling options. Despite these weaknesses, the salon generally receives positive feedback from customers and is recommended by many for its affordable and quality services.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I showed the lady a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair cut, I came out with a total Mrs. SWAN from Saturday night life, I have never had anyone mess my hair up as bad as she did! Picture in the mirror what I went in with, 2nf picture what I came out with!!!!
Above my expectations! I am practical so don't expect anything trendy nor unusual courtesy from a hair salon. If you are like me, who want the solid basic services, a full attention of a hairdresser while doing my hair, even cuts in all directions, a good sense of styling (suggestions), you won't be disappointed by her services. Highly recommend!
Love this salon! The ladies here are efficient and really good at what they do, so you get great value for your time and money. Huong is my favorite, she is friendly and does good, detailed work. She also takes Venmo - I pay $45 to get my roots colored with a blow dry, and $25 for a haircut. Try them out! Call in advance for an appointment, and make sure to bring cash.
You can't ever go wrong with getting a haircut at Bich Nga. They are seriously next level and if Hairstylists could get a Michelin star this place would have it. Do your hair a favor and don't waste your time with overpriced chain salons and just come here.
Favorite barber/hair place since moving to Houston 8 years ago. First heard about the place from some college friends as a cheap, reliable shop nearby. Staff are friendly and speak primarily Vietnamese but are welcoming to all. I live in Galveston now but come here often when I stop by houston. $13 for shorter length guys hair. Includes a wash which is nice and relaxing. Highly recommend them! They do fades and everything.
P.S. it's pronounced "bic - nya" (according to friends) so don't be calling it funky names!
Amazing experience! Went in for wash, cut, blow dry, I left very happy!! Hair stylist has great technique. Will be back :-)
Great experience! The woman with the glasses really takes fine care of your hair, everyone is also very nice. Would recommend to anyone, *especially* if you have stiff hair that is hard to style! Also keep in mind that they only accept cash! Haircuts for men are $15.
I made an appointment with Sammie. She is one of the best hairstylists I have ever been to. In my 50 years, I’ve only known a couple of great stylists who consistently deliver style and precision, and I can already tell Sammie is one of them. She took at least an hour on my short hair because it was a mess. She also had some suggestions what to do with my hair so it looks pretty now and grows out gracefully. Though she was happy to look at my suggested photos, she didn’t have to look at photos to give me good ideas for my hair. I came home looking great and after I showered and dried my hair, I was still looking great. She pays attention to detail and cuts both wet and dry to ensure a fabulous cut. She only charged $25 for a cut most Houston stylists would charge $65 for. I’m very glad I booked with her and will definitely return. I ‘m so glad I finally found my master stylist in Houston.
