My girlfriend came back crying after going here because of how mean the lady who did her nails was and how poorly they turned out. I saw them myself, they were genuinely the worst set of nails I have seen in my life. I hope other people don't experience this, but if you're reading this, find a different nail salon. They also hung up the phone when I wanted to ask about who did her nails and if they could be fixed.
The best!!!
They do have a longer wait time but they have so many workers working the fastest they can to make each customer happy. Needless to say, the wait is so worth it!
I've been using Tropical Nails for manicures and pedicures for the past few months. I have been very impressed with the service! They are professional, friendly, and do an excellent job! I usually take my toddler with me and they paint her nails and entertain her. They are great with her and she loves it! They make us both feel special and pampered! ????
I love to to get my Gel Nails at Tropical Nails!! Even though I live an hour away in Kennesaw when I drive up to visit my daughter in Rome we always get our nails done by Ivy or Kim. My friends are shocked at how long my manicure last, that's why I get my nails done at Tropical Nails.
I waited for over and hour with my friend. There was another lady who camw in shortly after us. Three women came in after I had been patiently waiting. All 3 were called back before us after only waiting maybe 5 minutes. None of us had an appointment. It should have been first come, first serve.
Worst pedicure/manicure ever! They aren't very clean. They only wash off there tools and immediately use on someone else. That is a no no with state board rules. The pumice stone they use is never washed between guest. The spoon they use to get the scrub out with is stuck in the dirty foot bath water and washed off and reused again. I saw many more red flags while there. Please use caution when going. Never again will I go.
I will not be back..very unprofessional. Pd 120 for me and my Grand daughter and the tech treated my Grand daughter so unprofessional..I received a pedi.. mani..and eyebrow wax and she was still working on her one hand screaming you are not letting it dry...we have been here 3 hours lady and Gel ain't dry
I've been having my nails and pedicure done here for many years. The technicians are so personal and caring. My nails are always beautiful and well done. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but it's only because so many go there for their servicrs.
